I had such a great experience touring The Madison Apartments! The property was beautiful, well-maintained and had a really welcoming atmosphere. What made the experience even better was Sara! She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel genuinely comfortable and valued. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're apartment hunting!

Emily is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding every aspect of the property. Her customer service skills are top notch and she was able to help with an issue regarding my blinds in my apartment. Apparently they needed to be flat against each other before opening them across the sliding door. That is definitely the proper way to open them without damaging them. And now I know!

I recently moved to Arizona, and while looking at apartments I stumbled into The Madison Apartments. While out of my price range I completely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a reasonable 2 bed apartment. The staff is wonderful and very welcoming, Emily helped me with all the questions I had and even recommended me to another nearby property more within my budget. The Maintenance was very polite and informing of their duties and the leasing agent in the other office even brought me water after my tour! I truly recommend The Madison to anyone in the Mesa area looking for a clean, comfortable, and homey apartment.

Emily at Madison Apartments made the entire leasing process feel effortless. From the moment I reached out she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She answered every question I had — and I had a lot — with patience and professionalism that you honestly do not expect to find anymore. The apartment itself is beautiful but Emily is the reason. If you are looking at Madison Apartments in Mesa ask for Emily specifically.

Emily & Jalee in the front office are so personably and made me feel like we knew each other for years. They are honest which I appreciate and don't sugarcoat things like previous apartments I lived in did in the front office. They handled everything as a business priority whenever I needed maintenance or had a question and when any concerns were brought to their attention they were extremely attentive and communicated with me the whole way through. This apartment complexs' staff, is what made the decision to move in, in April of 2024 an easy choice. I felt heard, respected, and not just like we were conducting a business deal. Would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone in the future.
