The team up front was very helpful and always easy to work with. Which is a nice change of pace compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. Ask for Riley, she’s the best! Even the maintenance team was there to help when I had car troubles. Great experience so far

We had the absolute best experience working with Riley!! We have toured many complexes, but once we met Riley we knew we found our next home. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took all the time we needed answering our questions. The tour is what sold us. The square footage is impressive, and Riley showed us all the amenities that are included. We loved everything about this complex and can't wait to move in!! Thank you, Riley!

I have had many apartments but never bothered to rate any of them on Google before now. I’ve been extremely impressed with the leasing office and even more impressed with the maintenance staff. Anytime I have an issue in my apartment, it usually gets solved within a day, with high priority issues being resolved almost instantly. I’ve also never had an issue with the leasing office, and definitely appreciate the events they throw for residents. I’ve lived here for two years across two different units and can’t recommend it more. A great place to live if you value responsiveness, professionalism, and promptness from the staff and administration behind it.

I use to live here five years ago and I’m glad that I am moving back. The application process was quick and easy, getting approved was quick as well. Shout out to Riley she is awesome and beyond helpful UPDATE.. I love it here, it’s truly wonderful to live in a community where the people who work here genuinely care about the residents. Lamar is truly amazing. He fixed a few issues, patiently answered my questions, and was so polite. He’s a fantastic maintenance guy, and this community is lucky to have someone like him. The ladies in the office do a great job organizing events for the community.They also do a wonderful job of managing the community and creating a great place to live.

I’ve been a resident for two+ years, and my wife and I are very happy here at Luxe 1930. if I ever have a repair request it’s handled within 24 hours. My wife says Sidney at the front office is exceptional to work with..and I just had a service request completed by Ray on the Maintenance team.Great job.Ray. thanks thanks again!
