Staff is wonderful. Always have small events during holidays. Never had an issue with maintenance. And you can't beat being so close to the light rail and downtown Mesa.

Horrible place. Been a resident here less than 4 months and the office never calls back, they have a bug problem they said they spray for weekly (never had a person here once), appliances are from the year 2000 (with no signs of receiving any that are updated). They have workers come out at 7am to leaf blow so if you work overnights, or enjoy sleeping in the mornings, you won’t get that here. OH and my favorite, if you like the look of the Land Lord Special (a dozen layers of paint on every surface) then this is the place for you!!! Not to mention the apartment they moved us into was not cleaned at all. Good luck if you’re looking to move here 👀

I am very satisfied with my leading experience here. Excellent and caring landlord. I locked myself out of my apartment once and the maintenance responded quickly. I even got a text from the landlord making sure I the situation got handled. The property is small compared to others, but its great. I will definitely consider renewing my lease when it's time.

Apartments are really clean, manager is really friendly, nice and helpful. She really cares about her customers and she always listen for our concerns; she has really amazing manager skills. I highly recommend this apartments. Very good location also. MIREYA ROMNEY
