I have lived at Cimarron for about 5 years. This is truly the best complex I have lived in. Management and staff are very professional and personable. They are friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. The complex is clean and well maintained. The new additions to the complex have been great - it is like living in a small resort. The new washers and dryers are great.Neighbors are friendly and quiet.

Had the chance to meet Jonna and Kyle and they were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stopped by to drop off some goodies and briefly share information about AJ Employment Services, and the interaction was nothing but positive. They were professional, approachable, and made us feel welcome. Really appreciated the great energy and hospitality. Ryan Poulson

This property is well maintained and has peaceful safe vibes. The management is on top of everything and all my service requests were handled promptly. They are easy to communicate with and you can tell they really care about the community. Never had a noise problem and the landscaping and screened in porches really help with the Arizona sun. Gates are opened and closed for easy access and safety. Loved living here!

The apartments that are shown on the website are misleading! Cimarron apartments are old and outdated. Maintenace is lackluster and inefficient. Management doesn't seem to care about the quality of apartments they just want to fill the space. Range Waters I give you an ( F ) on how you do business.

Nice quiet community. Gated complex, no parking issues, well maintained grounds. Great staff. Near public transportation, and freeways. Older well maintained property. Screened patios are nice as well.
