Let's be real, if you are looking at places in this price range, you(like me) are doing the best you can and looking forward to sunnier days. It's not the ritz but they are pricing the units very realistically. After 6 years of bouncing from budget apartment to budget apartment what I value is an office that talks to you like a human being and a maintenance team that is dependable. This place happens to have both. Special shout-out to David in the office for all the help, he has consistently made stressful situations easier to digest.

Jasmine was so helpfull and immediately put me at ease regarding the whole process. She was very friendly, informative and made me feel very comfortable. David as well was just as knowledgeable and informative put me right at ease. I was very anxious and uncertain but they both were professional and so friendly it was like I need not be worried. Im glad I found a place and couldn't have done so without there assistance.

Been at this complex for almost four years now stuck here with a situation I put myself in but this complex has never fixed my dishwasher properly it’s leaked out the button for four years now and I’ve had roaches invested despite cleaning and then charging me pest fees no joke. This is also the same complex that hired a maintenance man that stole my car from the place where I live they never bothered to compensate or apologize for the matter just fired the guy that stole my car and now to add keep putting a repair notice for my dishwasher been en entire month and they keep assigning someone to it and they keep removing my repair note this place truly doesn’t deserve the money while they keep buying up the lots other complexes around and they can add fresh paint to all there resent renovations but can’t repair units people currently live in. Yall got a monopoly forming in mesa is rent els where cant wait to break lease!
