We stayed here from 2025-2026, and the property is absolutely beautiful. We did have issues with the BBQ pits by the community room but overall everything was nice. AnnaMarie in the leasing office is the SWEETEST person I have ever met! She is always available & willing to help. Going above and beyond! I feel like I seen her more than anyone else in the office. She deserves the world!

I have lived here over a year now and recently renewed my lease. The process was easy and I have not personally had any issues living here. I have lived at other apartment complexes that are comparable in rent, but the amenities, location and staff here are just really hard to beat. I've been very satisfied with their team, which often makes or breaks a complex in my opinion, and they are transparent, kind people who go out of their way to improve resident experiences, like adding a new system to allow ease with food deliveries or permitting in visitors without jeopardizing the security of the building. I feel very safe here as a woman in her 20's, which is a high priority for me when deciding on where to live. I've only really had two issues, but they are small and very manageable, often outside of the control of the complex itself. The first is that maintenance can take a while on non-emergent requests- I believe they are outsourced so they are not always on property at the same hours as the office and are more limited because of this. However, any time I have called in a request to the office, they communicate efficiently and follow up when needed, especially if the request is small and other residents need to take priority which is entirely understandable! The only other issue I have had is with parking- usually around the times where they are deep cleaning/power washing the garage (in sections so there is still parking available), or when street parking is restricted or there are street closures. These only usually happen when there are certain events/event weeks happening at the Temple, which the complex is only able to control so much. Despite that, I have never been unable to find resident parking in the garage- it is more so a concern for visitor parking, but I've also never had a visitor have to park very far (usually within the block on First Ave), so this is not much of a concern for me. Overall, I would definitely recommend living at Grove on Main. They take security very seriously, the amenities are very well kept, and the apartments themselves are stunning (no issues whatsoever with appliances/shower/sink/etc.- everything runs perfectly and are in great shape). I really can't say enough positive things about the staff as well. Everyone I talk to there is very accommodating and supportive, and they really make sure their residents feel at home here.

Annmarie was truly incredible throughout our entire home search. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported, comfortable, and confident every step of the way. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for others really stood out. She is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also an amazing problem solver who always found a way to help, no matter the situation. Anytime we had a question or concern, she was just a phone call or email away, always responding quickly and thoughtfully. Annmarie made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and even enjoyable. She truly creates a sense of community and belonging, and it’s clear how dedicated she is to the people she works with. We feel so grateful and lucky to have had her guiding us. She helped us find the perfect home, and we couldn’t have done it without her and the rest of the amazing staff.

This review is specifically for AnneMarie. I’ve had a great experience living at The Grove on Main, and a big part of that is because of our leasing agent, AnneMarie. From day one, she has been professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She recommended the perfect floor plan for my wife and I and all because she truly cares how the unit itself fits our lifestyle. She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and taken care of. AnneMarie is always responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, whether it’s answering questions, handling concerns, or just checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. Her positive attitude and dedication really set the tone for the community. The Grove on Main is lucky to have someone like her. Outstanding job, Annemarie you are truly appreciated!

This review is for jennifer!! She was awesome and so helpful. She definitely does her job right and she’s killing it! Me and my partner currently have a 5 month old , and she did her best to make us feel comfortable and helping us make our home HOME. She was awesome over the phone along with in person. She’s definitely the person to help you find exactly what you’re looking for and we will be looking forward to moving here soon!!
