⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve really enjoyed living in this studio apartment at 237 S Ashland in Mesa. The space is cozy yet well‑designed, with plenty of natural light that makes it feel bright and welcoming. It’s quiet, which is a huge plus, and the layout makes the most of the square footage — perfect for comfortable everyday living. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get around town. The amenities are reliable, and having everything I need right here makes life simple. The manager has been kind and helpful, which makes the experience even better. One unexpected joy has been the nearby feline population — I’ve grown fond of the cats in the area, and they add a charming touch to the neighborhood atmosphere. Overall, this apartment has been a great place to call home. Between the peaceful environment, the practical setup, and the friendly management, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid studio in Mesa.

I lived here for 7 years and a new company has bought it. They destroyed our pool and laundry room and then kicked us all out to renovate. They want to charge California prices for this neighborhood. Lol I hope they enjoy the resident crack head that lives in the laundry Room!
