Fact: If a living space is not able to be consistently kept under 80°F, it is considered unsafe to live in. Fact: Your apartment will never drop below 80°F for months on end if you live here. Even with two window A/C units. The apartment A/C unit is not only almost entirely useless, but so loud to the point that it adds 15dB of noise to the environment. That's the same as a vacuum cleaner being on, all day, every day.

Let me tell you all something. I have lived a lot of placed in 70 years and being here at Pennytree has been amazing. A solid Manager like Evelyn makes all the difference. Thank you to who ever brought her here. This place is running smooth and has has such a make over in such a short time. Keep up the amazing work.

Evelyn at Pennytree is incredible, she sincerely cares about the tenants and has great communication skills. She is one of the biggest reasons I stay.

Evelyn is my landlord and she has a big heart. She is someone I’m proud to call my landlord. Life gets rough at times and she understands that As long as their is communication, their is a solution to most issues. I enjoy being a tenant at Pennytree. She is always coming up with solutions to most issues even on pennytree premises.

I am very pleased with the apartment and the customer service I got at Pennytree. The manager Evelyn is amazing she understood exactly what my family and I where looking for. The process was fast and easy all questions were answered. Thank you Evelyn for making this happen for us!
