Our apartment was clean and set up quick. They worked with us and got us approved quickly and with a low deposit. The grounds are well kept. Some issues with the water but nothing too bad. The biggest down side is the people who live there. Irresponsible pet owns and people not making the best life choices. But if you keep to yourself it's not too bad.

Completely disorganized and unclean. I'm a recently new resident and the entirety of my time so far has been rough. I originally applied for a specific studio and layout, the apartment they tried to lease me was completely different than the one I looked at and applied for. It took a full week for them to do minor maintenance on the vacant unit. While frustrated I tried to stay positive and give them the benefit of the doubt since they were working with only one employee at the time. They placed me in a unit for that week while they worked on my actual unit, I noticed roaches and holes in the wall of my temporary unit. Once finally moved into my unit it was clear there was no real maintenance done and there was clearly no walkthrough before handing over my keys. My appliances were dirty from previous use, stains on bathroom counter and in the fridge and freezer. My pre-set Wi-Fi box was broken and not even attached to the wall, when maintenance originally came to fix it all he did was shove it back in the wall. I put in a work order to properly fix it and no one ever came. I called the office several times with my concerns and they always said "We will send someone down.". No one ever came to look at it, so I had to go out and purchase a replacement router to fix the one that was supposed to come with the unit. Then after I fixed my own issue they send me an email, asking for me to rate the maintenance experience, which of course was no experience whatsoever since maintenance never even came. I have spotted 3 roaches in my apartment, not even water roaches but actual roaches. It's unclean and no one seems to have any idea what is going on. I understand to a degree since I am a leasing agent at a different property but there is a difference between being apologetic and being ignorant, and its clear which the office staff is.

Melody on Main is very well ran and one of if not the best apartment complex in the Mesa area. Been living here for about a year now and have no complaints, everyone who works up front is very kind and helpful. Bailey has been very helpful with dealing with leases and answering questions about specific issues.

Applied for a 1 bedroom and denied for an arbitrary reason after another. I requested a refund of my $200 administrative fee only for them to tell me it was sent to a prior address despite countless times informing them of a correct address. After I was assured that it would be reissued management is not responding to my calls or emails…it wasn’t until I checked Better Business Bureau where RPM Living is known to hold on to your $$$

Menzona on Main St., is the perfect place for a single person or a small family. It is quiet, laid back, and just plain comfortable. Breanna is the leasing agent and does a wonderful job. She is committed to helping people. She is a great example of how everyone should be treated.
