My last place was infested with roaches and I was scared that this place will be the same. Surprisingly it hasn’t since this place ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING when I saw a few a couple months ago. I also love all the community events, last year I won some toys for Christmas! Kathy and Dulce are amazing for always addressing all my concerns

I have been living here for 13 years and it has been nothing but great. The ladies in the front are always giving great customer service. The apartments are nice and quiet throughout the week. Come check them out you won't be disappointed.

Went in to check the place out. Good location, grounds and public common areas were clean well maintained. Ran into some of the current residents, and all said this was a very nice and safe environment to live. Spoke with Dulce Leon at the front office, and was very nice and polite. She was able to answer all my questions, even though I had a ton of them, and had plenty of information on the apartments itself. Definitely on the top of my list of places to apply to live.

My mother and I were inquiring for more information about renting an apartment here for her. We would like to comment how sweet and professional Dulce Leon was. She initially was speaking English to us and when I mentioned my mom is more comfortable with Spanish, Dulce did not hesitate to translate and speak in Spanish with her. She answered all the questions and concerns my mom had, and provided the documentation needed for the next steps. With friendly front reception staff like her, my mom feels confident in renting an apartment and knowing her customer service expectations will be met and exceeded.
