Hands down best place to live in Downtown Mesa! We moved here about five months ago and have been loving it ever since. The views are amazing, and having great food (Main Burgers, Proof Baker, Gus's Fried Chicken, e.c.t) just steps away is such a bonus. From the moment we moved in, management has been incredibly supportive, making the entire transition smooth and stress-free. The location is truly unbeatable—with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and museums nearby, there's really something for everyone to enjoy. Having the police station so close by also gives us a great sense of security and peace of mind. Overall, this has been one of the best living experiences we've ever had. Highly recommend! I did read all of the bad reviews before moving here. After living here for a week I think the whole thing about no hot water was simply people not understanding that the analog water controls are backwards from what most people are used to. Maybe there was a real issue, maybe not. This place is awesome. I was in deep thought on Friday afternoon driving to my new home and I thought to myself "This is the nicest place to live in Mesa". It's no wonder why the city council approved starting the Eco Mesa East project. I love calling this place home.

I walked in to get information on apartment availability, we were not greeted and then hear a voice from an office in the corner “how can I help you?” No one came out, she waited in the office for me to walk in and had a horrible attitude about showing the property and didn’t even provide general information. She said she couldn’t help me because they didn’t have any two bedrooms available until August. All this from the property manager. This was unfortunate because the property looks amazing but my desire to live there with Sherry being the property manager significantly dropped.

I’ve been living at Eco Mesa for about a month now, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is unbeatable-right in downtown Mesa with tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all within walking distance. It’s so nice not having to drive everywhere. The apartments themselves are beautiful. The layout feels open and modern, with plenty of natural light. The appliances are all high-end and can even be controlled from your phone, which is super convenient. I love the big balcony and how massive the closet is. The shower water pressure is also great which is definitely an underrated but important thing. Parking is a huge plus here too. Having secure underground parking is so much better than dealing with carports or street parking. The building feels safe and well cared for, and the community so far has been nice, quiet and respectful. On top of all that, the property manager is absolutely lovely- very friendly, responsive, and made my move-in smooth and stress-free. It really makes a difference knowing management cares about residents. I toured about 8 different places in the area before choosing Eco Mesa, and this was by far the best one. Between the location, the quality of the apartments, the amenities, and the amazing management, I’m super happy I chose to make this place home.

I had a terrible experience with another apartment complex and I had 4 days to find another apartment, Jake helped me find the perfect apartment. I was able to move in when I needed to, the process was very easy and stress free. Also the apartment is super cute!
