Living in Club 715 has been the best experience for me since moving from the MidWest. The location and the small community helps us all be a small and safe community. Jenn Peters has an open door of understanding, honesty and respect. Sean Marble is the man!! He is respectable when he comes into my unit, when I see him outside on the property he is very enthusiastic and energetic!! I love calling Club 715 home.

So far so good but if this place is secure with the front door locks but they keep stuffing the door lock and it's not safe for some us that live here.. other than that why are we paying for trash when we take our own trash out? Also it's about the trash to it's not thrown in the bin right and it's making the apartment lot look ugly.. but thank you to the office for everything 🙏..

Worst place to live in. The new management here will charge you with 2 months later bills on maintenance and nothing is ever taken care of. They charge you for trash maintenance but no one ever picks up your trash. They overcharged with you for vacancy bills? Wth is that. Im already paying to live here why charge me extra!?

It’s Friday. 2pm. No sign on the door. The door is locked. I just want to use The gym. I don’t understand why they charge 2,000 a month and they say that there is a gym available during office hours, and 9 times out of 10, I go during office hours and am locked out. I knocked. I called. NO ONE ANSWERED OR SHOWED UP AFTER 10 minutes, so I went back to my apartment. This IS THE NORM HERE.

My partner and I moved into Club 715 around Thanksgiving of last year (2024). On the day that we arrived to check out the apartment the office door was locked. There was a sign that read they were on break, but to our pleasant surprise Prince (Property Manager) unlocked the door anyways and took us on a tour even though he was on his break hour. We ended up loving the place, and Prince was excellent at expediting and simplifying the move in process. On the day of our move, Mac (Maintenance) actually grabbed us some waters from the office, so shout out to him for the kind gesture! He also was very quick about making us a new mail key when I found that the one we had did not work properly. The property it self is fairly well kept and our apartment is very spacious and clean. The only issue that I'm not thrilled about would be the heavy foot traffic we occasionally experience from our upstairs neighbor's children, but it's not constant and generally doesn't go beyond the apartment's "quiet hours" policy. So for now, it's tolerable. We haven't had to call maintenance for anything, but the office offers easy contact if we ever do need anything. Over all we are enjoying our stay.
