We have lived at a few different apartment communities before, and no one has taken care of us the way Garland, Stephanie, and Nia do. Garland is always there when we need him and is always working hard to keep the property looking great. We constantly see him cleaning the grounds, taking care of the pool, and making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents and the community. We really appreciate all of the hard work and dedication from the entire team. Thank you for always making us feel taken care of!

Love the complex! Haven’t had any major issues since moving in back in August. The maintainance guy, Garland has always been very helpful, Stephanie and Nya from the office are very professional and go above and beyond to resolve any problems. Highly recommend to any future resident.

Our A/C was having issues keeping the apartment cool. Maintenance was on top of the problem. I was contacted within minutes and was told there would be a technician coming the following morning to fix the issue

Don’t let the looks of this complex fool you. It was very quiet at first but then got so loud. The walls are paper thin & my neighbors stopped around all day. My upstairs neighbor was an absolute nightmare! The parking is horrible, they suggested charging us for parking at some point too. I got my car towed once because they failed to inform me about the permits they were requiring. They also did not compensate me for my time to go get my car from the lot, they only credited the amount it cost to get my car out. I would also get everything in writing with leasing staff. So glad I got out of there before things got worse.

One word to describe this place would be grungy. Trash cans around complex are always full causing bugs and flies, building stairs are never vacuumed or dusted, dog feces everywhere, gym is so dirty from never being cleaned no cleaning supplies for wipe down after use??? Disgusting. Homeless shelters right down the hill on Broadway so a lot of transient people walking around. Which is great when you’re driving around the city trying to find parking to then walk long distances down dark streets to get to your apartment. They had to of known there was not sufficient parking during the build process absolutely ridiculous. Also lots of hidden fees monthly that really seem kinda scammy. If you’re considering this place I’d just keep looking. With all the new apartments around this area, you’re settling living here at the expensive price they charge definitely not worth it at all.
