I have had the absolute pleasure of working closely with the team at The Floodgate and referring many individuals to this beautiful prestige property. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with an atmosphere that feels more like checking into a five-star luxury hotel than an apartment community. The staff is truly top of the line — professional, attentive, welcoming, and incredibly customer service driven. Every interaction reflects their commitment to excellence and creating a first-class experience for both residents and guests. One of the standout qualities of The Floodgate is the level of privacy the property offers its residents, creating a sense of comfort and peace of mind that is hard to find. The management team is phenomenal, and the manager Deric, in particular is extremely knowledgeable about the market, making him an incredible resource for clients who may be unfamiliar with the area or searching for the right fit. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication are evident in every aspect of the property’s operations. If I could give The Floodgate a 10-star rating, I absolutely would. Highly recommend to anyone seeking luxury living paired with an exceptional team and unmatched service.

Our stay at The Floodgate in San Antonio was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. The atmosphere is both relaxing and sophisticated, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the city. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking views both during the day and at night. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Antonio!

10 out of 10!! My client and I had an exceptional experience at this property. I have been locating for a looooong time and let me tell you The Floodgate is So Unique & Beautifully Designed it’s unmatched, along with amazing management! Deric and his wonderful staff set this place apart he has been professional, responsive, and truly cares about his potential clients & residents. Super rare to find management that is efficient & personable. If you are looking for a sign to live here this is it 🔑🫶🏼
