5 Stars – Luxury Living at Its Finest! From the moment I toured the property, I knew it was something special. The building is modern, beautifully designed, and packed with top-tier amenities that elevate everyday living. One of my favorite features is the stunning rooftop lounge—it’s the perfect spot to relax with friends, enjoy the fire pit, or just take in the city views. It truly feels like a private retreat above the hustle and bustle. As a pet owner, I also really appreciate how pet-friendly the community is. It’s not always easy to find luxury living that welcomes pets, but 300 Main makes it easy and enjoyable for both residents and their furry companions. The amenities are outstanding—whether it’s the resort-style pool, the high-end fitness center, or the stylish co-working spaces, everything is designed for both comfort and convenience. The staff is professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything you need. If you’re looking for an upscale, welcoming, and vibrant place to call home, I can’t recommend 300 Main enough!

Tenant for just over 6 months now and cannot be more impressed with the staff and service provided here. The front desk, hospitality staff and management are always polite and very responsive. And the maintenance team is beyond fast and capable. I submitted a ticket for an AC issue and in less than 2 minutes Rudy was already at my door and contacting me about the issue, which he then promptly fixed. Big shoutout to 300 Main.

The move-in experience at 300 Main was fantastic. The process was seamless, thanks to Madison and the leasing team. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. The building is beautiful, and the new home is wonderful.

Dear, 300 Main & Current/Future Residents I have lived in four different apartment communities between Virginia and Texas during my time on active duty in the Army, and every single one of them was advertised as “luxury living.” Until moving to 300 Main, I honestly thought that phrase was mostly just marketing. 300 Main is the first place I have lived that actually lives up to the word luxury. If I could rate this place 10 stars out of 5, I would. Other management companies should seriously take notes because 300 Main is doing everything right. I moved in January but intentionally waited a bit before leaving a review because I wanted to see what day-to-day life here was actually like. After two months, I can confidently say that the experience has been outstanding across the board. First off, the amenities are truly top tier. The spaces are huge and thoughtfully designed, not just thrown together to look good in photos. The pool is the largest apartment pool I have ever seen, and the fitness setup is incredible. Having both indoor and outdoor training space with a BeaverFit rig honestly makes my CrossFit lifting heart very happy. It is rare for an apartment gym to actually be usable for serious training, but this one absolutely is. What really sets this community apart, though, is the people. The management, concierge, and maintenance teams consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. Everyone is genuinely friendly and approachable. It is not just a quick “hello” when you walk in, they actually take the time to have real conversations and make residents feel at home. Huge shout out to Madison, the assistant manager, who I occasionally run into at night in the indoor fitness studio where we end up doing Peloton rides together. Also a big thank you to Brycen, the leasing agent who helped set me up with my unit and made the move-in process smooth from the very beginning. Even the neighbors here are incredibly kind, which says a lot about the kind of community that is being cultivated in this building. I have not made it to one of the social events yet because of my schedule, but the fact that they are consistently putting those together is just another example of the level of effort this team puts into creating a real community here. To be completely honest, I have zero complaints, and that is something I have never been able to say about any apartment I have lived in before. My quality of life has genuinely sky-rocketed since moving here, and I’m extremely grateful to call 300 Main home. If you are considering living downtown and want to know what luxury apartment living is actually supposed to feel like, this is it. Signed, a Happy Neighbor!

Came in for a tour as I am planning a possible relocation to San Antonio. 300 Main is at the top of my list! It is in an amazing spot that seems to be such an up and coming, professional and vibrant area! Beautiful, luxurious place and well thought out amenities. Also, can’t say enough about the folks who gave me the tour. I can tell they love the space and are passionate about taking care of their residents.
