I have been a resident since July 2025 and recently transferred to a new unit because I truly enjoy living here. Throughout both leasing experiences, Jacob in the office has been incredibly helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free each time. The maintenance team has also been outstanding. Shortly after moving into my new unit, my refrigerator stopped working. I submitted a maintenance request late that evening, and Jason from the maintenance team contacted me the very next day. He quickly arranged for a replacement refrigerator, which was installed within two business days, and even helped transfer my food and other items to the new unit. I greatly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Their dedication to residents is one of the many reasons I am happy to call this community home.

I recently toured this apartment complex, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The staff made the entire experience welcoming and informative.The leasing consultants were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took their time walking me through the community, answering every question, and explaining all the amenities without rushing me. The staff member who assisted provided great insight into the neighborhood, available floor plans, and what it’s like to live here day-to-day. Together, the team made the whole process feel easy, transparent, and comfortable. The property itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. From the lobby to the outdoor spaces, everything looked thoughtfully designed and taken care of. It’s clear the staff takes pride in the community. Overall, I left with a great impression—not just because of the apartments, but because of how well the staff treated me. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re searching for your next home.

My husband and 2 dogs found Park at Stone Oak before it was officially open for business and we are certainly glad we did! Diedra, the property manager, was so accommodating and took us on a "hard hat" tour - you could tell she was proud of this project! We immediately fell in love with our gorgeous first floor, 2BR unit and put an offer in that night, even though we couldn't move in for a few months. We were the first family in our building and have enjoyed watching the property be completed. We've been here for over a year now and have incredible views,12-15 foot ceilings, great neighbors and impressive amenities – the pool is the best! (PS - when are you installing a hot tub?) Events and food truck visits are planned weekly for residents so we can get to know our neighbors - totally optional, of course, but it's nice that they go out of their way to arrange social activities! I recently even won this fantastic Yeti bag during one of their holiday drawings. Shout out to everyone’s' favorite Leasing Office staff - Jacob, Stephanie and Melissa!

I want to give a kudos to the team at Park at Stone Oak for making my move-in experience such a positive one. Diedra, the property manager, along with Jacob and Maria, were professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. The leasing team made everything feel organized and seamless from start to finish. I especially want to shout out Jacob, my leasing agent. He was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. He answered all of my questions, kept everything moving smoothly, and maintained such a positive attitude that it made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. I also want to recognize Jason from the maintenance team. During a casual conversation, I mentioned that my front door had a few scratches and might need some paint at some point. Shortly after, Jason sent Ramiro over to take care of it. That level of attentiveness and follow-through really stood out. This is exactly why I enjoy living in a Greystar community. The service, professionalism, and care shown by the team at Park at Stone Oak truly make a difference.

Beautifully designed apartment complex. We love our 3-BR floor plan! Management & all Staff are kindly responsive to needs & questions. Maintenence is timely & efficient. We appreciate all they do to make resident life at the Park comfortable & pleasant. Also, the location of this community is ideal, within minutes to services, restaurants, freeway 281 & 1604.
