Loma Vista Lofts! My boyfriend and I, both 19, just moved into our first apartment at Loma Vista Lofts, and we couldn’t be happier! We were nervous about applying because it’s our first place, but I have a job and credit, and my boyfriend has a steady income. From the very beginning, the staff made the process easy and stress-free. They were quick to set up an appointment and extremely patient while helping me fill out the online paperwork. I kept messing up a few times, but they guided me every step of the way with no judgment, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. After submitting our paperwork, it took about a week to get approved and receive our keys. We also got a really good deal: one month free with prorated rent, and the monthly rent is $700, which is super convenient for us. The lease didn’t spike much either, which made it easier to plan our budget. We already plan to renew our lease because it feels so comfortable and welcoming. The apartment complex has so many great amenities. There’s a fitness area, a pool, walking paths, a dog area, and a play area for kids. I was pleasantly surprised at how well-maintained and nice everything is. While there was a small break-in once, management acted quickly, and now security patrols every night, which makes me feel very safe. The area does have homeless people, but I’ve never seen any around the apartment itself, so it hasn’t affected our experience. The maintenance staff and office personnel are wonderful. They greet us every morning, are always approachable, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. Rent is affordable, and sometimes they even have food donations from Haven for Hope available in the office, like bread, salads, and other items, which is super convenient. Paying rent is easy, and the staff communicate clearly and promptly whenever we have questions.Living here has been more than just finding an apartment—it’s like joining a community. Everyone we’ve met has been kind, respectful, and welcoming, from neighbors to staff. It’s perfect for young people like us starting out on our own. Overall, Loma Vista Lofts made our first apartment experience smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. I went to the office for help with my renewal. Because of a bump in the road with my health, there are times simple tasks are difficult to complete. I walk in the office for help with the paperwork. Sandra stoped what she was doing to help me. We sat down and she went through the paperwork. She help redo one sheet and correct another. She made the appropriate copies and made me feel better about getting everything done correctly. Sandra was wonderful, sweet and kind to my needs. I will always appreciate her for everything she did for me that day.

I've been living here for a few months now and I must say this has probably been one of the most nicest apartments I've lived in, from the cleanliness, (even though still under construction), to the ladies in the front office, to maintenance. They always greet you with a smile and everyone is so nice and welcoming. Even the neighbors i have met so far. Unfortunately, a couple of months after moving in i transitoned into another job which threw me off financially, but they were so understanding and helped me through getting back on track, so that was very much appreciated. This is a wonderful community to live in.

Loma Vista Lofts is an amazing beautiful place to live! 🌷 The staff are extremely nice and helpful. ✨ The maintenance man George is very helpful as well he makes sure to go above and beyond to take care of any problem you might be having. He gets the job done fast and easy! 😊

I am a new resident and was having a very difficult time moving my 8ft sofa to the 4th floor. The maintenance man saw me and approached me and offered to help. I was very overwhelmed but delighted that he offered to help me especially considering it was on a Saturday afternoon. Mr George went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I got to my unit safe and sound with my furniture. I would like to express my gratitude and give thanks to such a hard working man with a good heart, thank you George I truly appreciate you &nd all your help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
