Steve P 2 months agoPrior to moving back to the Inspire, I lived at 300 Main, on the 23rd floor with a westerly view. There is a certain "wow" factor when you first move in. However, that quickly fades, especially when you realize that $2800 per month will only get you 740sq ft. I came back to the Inspire and realized they offered a better value. Not cheaper, or less expensive but more square footage per dollar and in a prime location in Downtown San Antonio. Chelsea (Manager), Elizabeth, (Assistant Manager) and Victoria (Tori - Leasing Consultant) are all incredible professionals. The Maintenance Team members are really great people who respond with super care for your belongings while completing the task effectively and without the need to return. I couldn't be happier. Please allow me to mention the great maintenanceteam by name, Dean is the great leader, Jaime and Jorge are really amazing men, get them a Sour Patch Redberry Ghost Drink, My apartment is amazing with an incredible view, unique Architectural touches paired with a cool industrial look that has an upscale feel. Pool is great with a large jacuzzi as well. The 6th floor amenities deck is better than the Floodgate's and very competitive with all other downtown locations. The community is great and people I have met are kind and welcoming.
Margaret Lentz 2 months agoMy husband and I have lived here at Inspire for seven years now. We love our apartment. So much space and you don’t hear your neighbors. The price per square foot is a great value. We enjoy the amenities and the location close to the Riverwalk and all the restaurants downtown. It’s close to the Market and Legacy Park with Pinkerton’s BBQ.
Rokit Company 2 months agoI have lived at the Inspire for going on 3 years. The staff is always great and the community as a whole is nice. Liz and Tori set up the Fiesta party this past week and it might have be the best party yet! Taco Blvd was there slinging tacos to order, cold drinks and a really great atmosphere. Overall a great place to live and enjoy the city with great views from all over.
Jami Hayden 2 months agoI enjoyed living here overall, but a few things aren’t convenient. -very narrow parking garage, pretty much everyone has yellow scrapes on their cars from the columns -the management requires you to wear wristbands at the pool (weird) -the south elevator was probably broken for 60% of the 3 years I lived there, and that was the elevator that was significantly closer to my apartment -you have to pay a pretty penny monthly for parking (on top of rent and other costs) -there was often dog pee in the elevator and it would just sit there and dry -it had a really nice coffee machine that ended up being out of service for a while
Andres Gomez 6 months agoI’ve visited this community multiple times while my friend lived here, and my experience has been very different from some of the recent negative reviews. Each time I stopped by, the property felt clean, well-maintained, and secure. The amenities were in good condition during my visits, and the common areas always appeared taken care of. The staff have always been professional and welcoming, and anytime I interacted with them, they were friendly and willing to help. The residents I encountered were also very kind and pleasant, which added to the overall positive atmosphere of the community. My friend has also mentioned multiple times that they’ve seen a lot of positive changes since the new management staff came on board, especially with communication and overall responsiveness. While I’m not a resident myself, the experiences I’ve had over multiple visits have been consistently positive. From what I’ve seen, this is a well-run community in a great location, with a much more welcoming and well-kept environment than some of the reviews suggest.
