The application process was super easy and stress-free, which made everything start off on the right foot. The location is perfect—close to everything I need, from restaurants and nightlife to an H-E-B within walking distance from our unit. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, with modern fixtures and finishes that make the space feel warm and inviting- perfect for hosting our guests. Honestly, it’s been a smooth transition, and I’m really happy to call this place home. Highly recommend!
Diana Rios a month agoI rarely leave negative reviews, but after dealing with this situation for over a year, prospective residents deserve to know what my experience has been. I cant upload the videos but the rainfall sound from the leak is incredible it sounds like a waterfall and looks like a waterfall in my living room I first reported recurring water intrusion in my apartment in December 2024. Since then, every significant rain event has resulted in additional leaking. The problem has progressed to more mold growth, expanding areas of discoloration, and even portions of my ceiling falling. Despite the ongoing nature of the issue, I have not been informed that mold testing, moisture testing, or remediation has been performed. I have documented the progression with photos, videos, and email correspondence. Rather than providing a timeline for a permanent repair, management recently informed me that the source of the issue has still not been identified and that it may take an extended period to resolve. Their proposed solution was to release me from my lease. As a resident who has consistently paid rent on time, cooperated and been patient, and communicated concerns professionally, this response has been extremely disappointing. I am currently pregnant and have continued living in a unit affected by recurring water intrusion while trying to work with management toward a solution. What concerns me most is not just the condition itself, but the lack of meaningful resolution after months of reports and documentation. Residents should not have to manage recurring leaks, monitor growing mold concerns, or worry about portions of their ceiling falling while waiting indefinitely for answers. I am still hopeful that corporate leadership will review this matter and work toward a fair resolution. Until then, I encourage anyone considering this property to ask detailed questions about maintenance response times, water intrusion procedures, and how unresolved habitability concerns are handled. **Update May 29th,2026 ** After escalating my concerns to regional management, I was hopeful that my situation would be reviewed more carefully. During my conversation with the Regional Manager, I explained that I am pregnant, that I have concerns about remaining in an apartment with ongoing water intrusion issues, mold concerns, ceiling damage, and upcoming demolition work, and that I was seeking a transfer accommodation based on my specific needs, including proximity to the garage due to health-related concerns. I had already declined Unit 2055 multiple times because it does not meet those needs and is located farther from the garage than I can reasonably accommodate. During our conversation, I was told additional units would be reviewed and my circumstances would be taken into consideration. However, the only one-bedroom option ultimately offered was the same unit I had already declined multiple times. Management is now planning to open ceilings and walls in my apartment as part of an extensive leak investigation. Despite my concerns about living in the unit during demolition and repair work, I have received a response telling me to cooperate and that I am expected to stay during the process to fix it and it all feels retaliatory because I called the city of San Antonio development services to look at the leak. I am disappointed that my requests for a reasonable accommodation and alternative options have not been meaningfully addressed. I am continuing to document the situation and seek a resolution.

The level of customer service here truly sets this property apart. The manager, Ashlie, leads with professionalism and genuine care for residents, while Assistant Manager Krystal is always approachable, helpful, and quick to address any questions or concerns. Jessica at the front desk is equally impressive—friendly, welcoming, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and efficient. Any work order I’ve submitted has been handled promptly, often faster than expected, and the quality of their work is excellent. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. The overall upkeep of the property is top-notch. The apartments and common areas are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing, creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. I highly recommend Encore Soflo to anyone looking for a place that combines great management, reliable maintenance, and a well-kept community. Truly a 5-star experience!

One of the first things that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the corridors and common areas. The hallways were well-maintained, free of clutter, and had a fresh, cared-for feel that immediately made the property feel more welcoming and comfortable. Equally noteworthy was the kindness and professionalism of the onsite staff and management team. From the moment I arrived, they were approachable, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.
