Recently moved in and it’s been a great experience, especially in part by Anthony from the front office. From the start, communication has been excellent and requirements for leasing was fully transparent and he’s been nothing but accommodating. Defo go to him for your next apartment 😸

I hate playing this card, however sometimes you have to be the bad guy when people take your kindness for weakness. I cause no issues at this apartment complex and pay my rent as well as any fees associated if unforeseen circumstances arise and it becomes late. Unfortunately, management has shown no interest/empathy with me when it comes to my very rare concerns with this complex. I am not one to complain seeing how I am a USMC veteran (still actively serving privately in Iraq), but these individuals have left me with no choice. I have lost 2 vehicles due to being towed while I was in Iraq, while i just had to pay for a 3rd to get released because I just came home took a shower, shit, and shaved and boom my car was towed again (20min). I was told there is nothing they can do but surprisingly my rent is still going to go up every year like normal. I will keep this short and just agree with Ashley Youngblood below in saying that the garage is always broken (no compensation), elevators always broken, smell isn't the best, and amenities by the pool/outdoor are always inoperable as well. Let's not forget about the rabid homeless population here. I'm just amazed that no warnings are given out through the app or the contact info that is required when signing your lease. We spend thousands of dollars on this property annually and the least amount of effort to make your tenants feel appreciated is given. I believe there are some good people who work there but things need to change. It's the holiday season and its unfortunate that I have to spend money on tow companies when everyone knows visitors will be at a high at this moment. I haven't been made aware that there is a huge unauthorized parking problem once while living here so the need to tow that frequently and aggressively is not necessary. I know I won't be reimbursed, so unfortunately this is the best I can do. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

Living experience has been OK from the amenities being limited time to security officers aggressive approach of residence I’ve had a random person from WITHIN the building try to enter my home and the only thing that was done was an apology and y’all said that she was maybe homeless and not in her right state of mind very concerning seeing as we have automatic Security doors that are not closed late at night. I’ve have seen complete random strangers coming from smoke sky at entering the place through the back entrance by the garage as well as trash being dumped and creating a horrible smell by my door and the trash valet has left messes multiple times throughout the hall when doing his rounds, there was a time where there was just a big streak of wetness going down the hall that smelled nothing but trash guest, letting their dogs pee and poop throwing it over the fence onto my porch and then a group of three individuals whose home life. Made it way to me, resulting in a random stranger stealing something from my back porch and hitting my window, leaving damage to it and to which no safety officer or security person came to check out the situation

Scheduled a tour for a specific floor plan but unfortunately couldn’t view it as the residents lease wasn’t up yet. BUT Anthony still showed my boyfriend and I, a couple of other floor plans he thought we would like and we absolutely fell in love! The community is beautiful, clean, friendliest staff ever and in an amazing location! Anthony was very helpful in answering questions during/after the tour. We applied for the apartment we toured, right when we got home! We can’t wait to call The Baldwin our next home!

Great place, downtown. Wonderful amenities. The best part is the service, friendly and attentive. Work orders get attention right away. Victor is the best!
