A big thank you to Jada, Joanna and Carol, the manager for making me feel welcome at Art House SATX. They work well as a team in running this beautiful complex. Their courteous and professionalism is second to none. Five Stars! The grounds here are nice and there is so much to see. Everything is centrally located for easy access and the building is located in the heart of Southtown. I look forward to becoming one of the newest residents here at Art House SATX soon!

The management and maintenance have not been keeping up with the building. There are safety hazards throughout this facility including no lighting, or worse flickering lighting, in the stairwells. No access with key fob in some entrances, and stolen packages despite the Amazon locker fee each resident pays a month for.and now we are not able to access the mailroom. Additionally the water system for the gym water fountain has been broken for one calendar year. Greystar San Antonio has officially taken our rent and do nothing with it. Regardless, you’ll find better offers and location in better condition than this facility. Source: resident for 3 years.

We had a great move-in experience and love our new apartment. Joanna was extremely helpful, professional, and communicated with us clearly every step of the way. She made the entire process easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

I feel as if a lot of these positive reviews are fake. They are not correct for the most part. For the price the complex has not lived up to basic apt complex standards. There have been daily vehicle break ins. Including my own vehicle. At this point I leave the windows down just so they won’t be broken. Just walk thru the garage or visitor parking and you’ll find broken glass on the floor which they are quick to pick up which doesn’t go for other aspects of the building. I know one tenant had his vehicle stolen from the garage and another his motorcycle. Building maintenance is horrible. The parking garage door stays open all the time cus it’s constantly breaking and does not get fixed in its entirety. People are free to come and go without needing any form of access. Packages and delivered food also get stolen. Even people rifling thru the dumpsters stealing unopened mail. The multiple hallways/stairwells have 24hr strobes that can easily cause someone to fall or even cause a seizure if epileptic. So many things are not up to par here and paying $1800 for a small 2 bedroom should come with the safety of one’s belongings.

The Art House is such a nice community. I move around a lot for work, and have stayed in multiple complex’s across the country and this is one of the best. To begin with, the leasing staff is amazing. We were assisted by Joanna, and she is such a breath of fresh air. She is efficient, courteous, and very helpful. She guided us through the leasing process with such ease. The community itself is very clean and secure. The units are spacious and have unique floor plans. The maintenance team are very quick to respond to any issues. The units themselves are well built, and appear sturdy. A lot of newer complexes appear cheaply built this one is not the case. The community has a very modern chic vibe to it. The complex is located in one of the trendiest parts of town, which is within walking distance of many local hit stops. We would highly recommend making The Art House your new home!
