We’ve been here just about 6 months and have loved it! The pool and courtyard are amazing. Our apartment couldn’t be better. Great location. And they do several monthly community events! Moving from Kansas to Texas, we were worried about finding a place to live, but we truly feel at home here after making so many connections through Juan and Kiana’s events. So grateful!

This is my first apartment since I moved out of my dad's. The community here is so sweet and they really come together. Kiana and Juan really are amazing and being neighbors with them helps lol. They give to the community and honestly are the reason we join the events hosted here. The maintenence guys are also really nice and go above and beyond to help repair. I've had a great time at this apartment complex! ☺️ Everyone is so sweet and helpful. Not sure if I'll ever find an apartment with this much community. If you haven't been joining the events you definitely should. If not for the vibes then for Kiana and Juan who really make this place a home.

Our apartments have a lovely couple that puts together a bunch of different events and each one is very fun and welcoming. The first event my husband and I went to was amazing and we felt at home. We have met over the past year ish a few other neighbors and we wouldn’t have met them if it wasn’t for the events that Kiana and Juan organized and hosted. We are always looking forward to what they have planned next!

I love living here! I would recommend just for the maintenance man, Joe, who always goes above and beyond and is very friendly, but the amenities are also great. They have secure lockers for packages, a mail room, a pool, weight room, and the people here are all so nice. We love to meet up with the friends we've made at the pool. It has a great sense of community. It's clean and bright and very comfortable. It has a free, secure garage that you can only get in with a fob and it is attached to the buildings, so you can drive up to your floor and you use your fob again to get into the building. Very secure.

Juan and Kiana are the community coordinators and truly make everyone feel welcomed with the monthly events that are geared towards everyone! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and don’t have a desire to move anywhere else because the community makes you feel at home. I also enjoy the conversations with the trash valet and that we have access to updated gyms and coffee machines! The maintainer team is also prompt. Usually they get to me within 24 hours if it’s a weekday issue!
