I’ve always seen Smart City around, but through word of mouth from a friend I decided to give them a try! And I’m so happy I did! I had a great experience with Eric Brandon - he was super helpful and kind. He was patient and he also gave me time to think things over and didn’t hover (which removed some pressure). Thanks to Smart City and Eric, I was able to get help with setting up tours and I was able to apply to an apartment with confidence! If you’re thinking about it, go for it. :)

We worked with Cali Rihel and she was FANTASTIC! We didn’t have time to search nearly as thoroughly as she did and she found us a wide but reasonable selection of choices that were right in line with what we were looking for. She made this process extremely less stressful and very simple. If you are on the fence about using SmartCity, their services are completely free, but they are so good it feels like you should be paying them. All you have to do is make sure you give your agent credit when you sign your lease, they earned it!
