I love it here! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Stephanie made the leasing process seamless and easy, even allowing me to take multiple tours when I couldn't decide which unit I wanted. The maintenance team is the best around, especially Cory. Anything you need, he's on it. He's always willing to help and takes pride in his work. Deco is a great place to call home!

Three month update: Deco is still awesome. Shoutout to the leasing managers Samantha and Felicia for personally replacing my HVAC filter the other day. Cory in maintenance is the man too! First week at Deco couldn’t be going any better - this apartment is phenomenal. The building, amenities, community, and (most importantly) staff are out of this world! If you’re interested in living at the best spot in DFW, hit up Stephanie in leasing. Just like Deco as a whole, she’s the best!🙌🏻

Had a Great Experience and The Tour was Amazing. Stephanie was Very Kind and Humble. Showed me Everything I needed to see. Her way of serving people is Fantastic. Nothing but Good Vibes and energy from her and just the Whole Experience👍. Thank you Stephanie. Definitely deserves a Promotion👍.

Amazing property with great people. Lived in hi rises last 12 years and this one is definitely the best one so far. Staff very professional and Jeremy was great at move in alone with all the concierges handling anything that comes up. Highly recommend Deco to anyone wanting luxury living downtown.
