Crystal Springs Apartments wasn’t our first choice at first, but after another property we were excited about didn’t work out, we found Crystal Springs and asked my girlfriend to tour. From the moment she visited, she had nothing but great things to say — the location, the community, the apartment she toured, and the amenities. She also had a great experience with Stevie, the leasing consultant. When I visited in person, it honestly exceeded the hype. The community feels like a true gem in a prime spot — not surrounded by a crowded cluster of buildings and the amenities are genuinely top-notch. The leasing process also went smoothly, and we’re now happy residents. Huge shout-out to Hannah, Kayci, and Stevie for all their help and patience throughout the process. We’re excited to be here and would absolutely recommend Crystal Springs Apartments to friends and family.

Edit— thank you Clayton and Rachelle for taking care of maintenance issues in a timely and respectful manner!!! We have been very happy with our time at Crystal Springs. I appreciate the staff being diligent on keeping our property safe, clean, and enforcing rules that make this a family friendly place to live. Whenever we have had maintenance requests in our apartment, trash room, or amenities etc - it has always been addressed and taken care of. Our gym, pool, and workspaces are elevated and not your average apartment amenities. Love being right off the trinity too!! Avery and Jeff have been super helpful. Thanks for all y’all do!

The apartment is great. The best one I’ve lived in around the DFW. Nice bar to walk to and the apartment is quiet. If I wouldn’t have bought a house, I’d renew. I love the community events they throw and how they keep the property. Should out to Emily as well, she’s a great manager and always there to assist.

I absolutely love this place. Me and my boyfriend came for a tour back in October. Sure enough here we are in February. We just submitted our application and are very excited of whats to come!!! Stevie is the bestttttttttt he did our tour both times. Hannah the assistant manager is also amazing. If we get accepted I will return a few months into the lease with updates!!!!

Crystal springs is the newest addition to the Bellrock Real Estate partners and it just keeps getting better. This luxurious new building is near the heart of Fort Worth with so many features and amenities. The staff on site is friendly and attentive! I can’t wait to get my appointment to lease here.
