Brand new, less than 18 months old. Technologically wired, keyless entries, parking garage, 3 grills, large pool with new furniture, secondary courtyard with grill and plenty of seating. Immaculate indoor lobby space, with business-center vibes along with pool table, readying/studying areas and nooks and rooms; study or meeting rooms available and all very well decorated in modern chic decor. It's awesome. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience and beautiful area! Morgan and Moriah were amazing and very welcoming. Definitely made it feel like home!! The maintenance and other staff are quick efficient and super nice! So glad we chose this area! 😁 And the view from our apartment is spectacular! We're close to the dog park so our little guy doesn't have to go far to make new friends.

I haven’t lived here for long, but I’d still like to share my experience so far. Overall, it has been very positive. The amenities are really good, and the appliances in the unit are high quality and work well. It already feels like a comfortable place to call home. One thing I truly appreciate is the sense of community. There are opportunities for residents to connect and communicate, which makes it feel welcoming and not just like a place where people come and go. That effort to create a community atmosphere really stands out. The leasing agent and the office staff have been amazing. They are very helpful, professional, and kind whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance has also been great and very timely in responding to requests, which I truly value. I’m also impressed with how clean the hallways are kept, especially after valet trash pickup. It’s clear that the staff actually walk the hallways and make sure everything stays neat, and I’m very thankful for the time and effort they put into that because it’s not an easy task. Since it has been a bit cold, I haven’t had the chance to explore all of the amenities yet, but I’m looking forward to doing so soon. So far, everyone has been very nice, and my experience has been smooth and enjoyable. Based on what I’ve experienced up to this point, I would give this community a strong rating and would recommend it to others looking for a well maintained and welcoming place to live.

Oh where do I start…. Moved in when they were just built so i was the first tenant in my unit and at first glance everything was “oh wow this is so great”. Had a couple of hiccups like the water heater just not being big enough for the shower (5minute shower) when temperatures were below 50 degrees F. I got the 6 week offer and it made the rent more reasonable but I guess I didn’t calculate the months correctly and then realized the actual price of the unit for my last couple of months and boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy that is WAY too much for what I was renting out (1bd 1bath 749 sqft). You can definitely find better else where. To the people that leave reviews saying it’s clean, they clearly only stay in their units. The trash valet system is so bad the hallways smell like trash (leave trash out 5pm-12am sun-thurs) and people are just stinky people so it lingers so badly. To the people with dogs, elevators never fail to smell like pee or you see poop in the middle of the hallways. Also the hallways are carpet sooo everything lingers. ALSO, motorcycles tend to get stolen here, you would think the security is pretty tight and hidden but somehow someone gets the community code and easily steals one so beware if you have a bike. Parking is meh, if you get to your apartment before 7:30 pm ish typically you have a spot that’s covered if not your car goes to the 4th floor uncovered (which is kinda poor on the architect design). Walls are kinda thin too, some of these people need to have the cops called on them, did get some good drama through my wall. No smoking is allowed but that doesn’t stop people at all and it sucks, I hate the smell of weed/cigarettes. Unit overall was really nice (if your fridge filter goes out that’s a you expense not the apt expense which is a bunch of baloney) and ngl gonna miss the upgraded modern feel but it is definitely not worth the 1650 base price they are charging (without the promotional stuff). Also apt access is through an app / electronic lock which I think is stupid cause what if your phone dies or if you forgot to req. maintenance to change the batteries to your lock so on and so on…… anyways, to da loo (2 stars cause that price for what the apartment feels like is NOT worth it)

Moriah was wonderful to deal with and showed me the amenities and an empty unit to look at. She was very personable and knowledgeable of the property and made me feel welcomed. The property was super clean and neat. I was impressed with the amenities and overall feel of the property. I wish I could move right away if I wasn't waiting on a job offer to move otherwise I would move there.
