I had the pleasure of speaking with Shoni about a large 2 bedroom last night. I toured this place with a friend and wasn’t looking for anything myself. But after observing the space and high quality finishes I found that I was interested as well. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I am looking forward to being closer to work for travel. The gym smelled nice and you can tell this place is really maintained well. Our leasing agent spoke to the tenants as we passed and they told us they love staying there. The hallways smelled good and that’s hard with carpet. I saw a variety of different people that was nice. Their apts had full size washer and dryers already installed. I like that and a double sided fridge nice appliances. Everything looked new we have saw so many different places. But this one stuck out. Our friend group will be using the sky lounge for girls night. If you’re looking for a place come here and ask for Shoni .

I love my apartment the leasing staff very nice helpful maintenance staff is also great. Never had a problem getting things fixed or replaced. I love the amenities, although we do have some bad reviews, but I just like to say some of the residents need to learn how to clean up after themselves Crime situation staff can’t help that they can’t control the crime crime happens everywhere. The amenities here are amazing. I love to utilize them when I need to my neighbors seem to always be nice and friendly. Staff has done a great job with the landscaping the cleaning we can’t help how others treat the property. We can’t help how others will not clean up after themselves. We cannot help the crime situation. All we can do is be aware complain less and enjoy the the living establishment that we chose to live in i also have a nice view my apartment has nice floor to ceiling windows our pool is nice clean relaxing with a waterfall there’s a grill. There’s also two TVs outside a nice lounge area a nice bar area. Our fifth floor has a beautiful view of downtown with pool tables to watch football games, baseball games, soccer games or just to relax and chill and listen to music have some wine or coffee we have a studio we also have a fitness room that has everything that you need and i love it here you can also experience the same love that I have here and enjoy everything that The Huntley has to offer just tell them move freely with Michelle sent you 😀

I only toured the property but I can honestly say, it’s the most beautiful complex I’ve ever seen. It’s super clean & what you see online is 100% accurate. It was my very first time touring a complex and it was a great experience. I literally can’t stop thinking about it! The staff was absolutely amazing, I had the pleasure of touring with Jai & she was so kind, she answered every question before I could ask. I’m very much looking forward to making the Huntley my home in the future. If you’re thinking about leasing with them, you won’t regret it ❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shawnie Davis! From the very beginning, she has gone above and beyond to make my apartment search and move-in experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Tenant here and this will be long, but worth the read. I put in a maintenance request on 8/4/2025, it is now 11/4/2025 and I have yet to receive communication of when it will be resolved. 3 months ago I woke up in the middle of the night during a storm because the wall in my room got damaged and water leaked in causing it to fall on my face. I’ve had to move things around in my room and maintenance told my roommate that the problem was fixed. Maintenance never came again, I’m a busy woman— so I left things be assuming everything was fixed without visually checking myself (my mistake and the damaged wall is hidden under/behind my blinds). Amber is the manager and I have spoken to her once. She stated that she’d get back to me on 2 separate occasions and I have yet to hear from her because I only get relayed messages from other employees. When it stormed the weekend of 10/25/2025, a lot of water fell on my couch in my room, also got on the walls and into the carpet. I have two couches, room and living room. I also was not home when it stormed and only got the aftermath. Amber told Shalycee (who has been amazing through this process), that she “saw no damage to my couch”. Mind you that it wasn’t burned, nothing heavy fell and broke it— it has water damage and the back of my couch is wood. It’s important to point out, I have cameras and Amber never step foot into my home so I’m not sure how she could say that. I’ve had a bad time at the apartment due to many other things and I’ve held back from a review. The lack of effort, communication and accountability from maintenance and Amber are beyond me. I need a resolution to my wall and my couch now and soon, or I will post a review of what it’s like living here and pictures to show for it. I pay my rent, I live quietly and I have tried to be patient for a whole 3 months.
