Moving into The Crescent Residences has been such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made the process exceptional was the team. Natasha Evans was an absolute superstar throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. She gave us such a thoughtful tour, answered every question, and made everything feel seamless and stress free from day one. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and warm personality made such a difference during a hectic move. Gary at the concierge desk also deserves a huge thank you. He made move-in feel incredibly welcoming with such a kind and warm presence, and went above and beyond with helpful suggestions and support getting settled in. It’s rare to find a property where the people care this much, and it truly shows here. Very excited to call The Crescent home.

We moved into The Crescent Residences last week and couldn’t be happier! The property is beautiful! The entire moving process was incredibly smooth thanks to the amazing team here. They are the definition of professional and truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. A huge shoutout to Natasha, Gary, Milton, and Vlad—you all are the best! They made what is usually a stressful week feel easy and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place with a world-class team that actually cares, this is it!

By the time I toured The Crescent, I had pretty much lost hope in finding what we were looking for, but then we met Natasha. 10 out of 10! Her and the community manager, Andrea, were so calm, informative and took their time with us. The property is gorgeous, great location, and they really made me feel the value for the dollar. We looked at all the luxury properties in the area, but trust me, this is exactly where we are meant to be. Do yourself a favor and just go tour. Absolutely gorgeous homes you can be proud of. Thank you ladies for doing an exceptional job.
