My girlfriend and I had a tour There last week with Miranda and it truly wonderful, she was able to answer all of our questions and did a great job showing us around the beautiful building. She mentioned that The Braden is located in a great location and building is walkable to downtown, the building was very quiet and clean, even the residents we saw along the way were lovely. Her coworker Payton was so kind and gave us water while Miranda was picking out great homes to show us! we are still deciding if we are moving to Fort Worth, but if we decide to make the move, we will definitely pick The Braden!

The Braden is a terrible apartment to have guests over. Despite having a visitor lot, it is extremely small and always full. Your only other option for parking is at target which is like a 30 minute walk from the apartment. Even if you get a visitor parking spot, they tow your car so fast. Every day you have to reregister your car. I wasn’t able to reregister my car immediately one day, and within a couple of hours my car had already been towed. $350 gone. Also, you can only register two guests at a time so if you are the third guest to get there, guess what, even if there are empty visitor parking spots, you’re forced to park at target. Additionally if you want to have people visit and stay with you whether that be a bf/gf, family, or friends, they cannot stay longer than 3 days before, you guessed it, you’re forced to park at Target. This is not a luxury living experience. As a guest it’s frustrating and for someone who likes to host, it’s impossible without a pre-hangout cardio session walking all the way from target.

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay here temporarily for a fun weekend staycation and I had the best time. The community and grounds are beautiful and the apartment was perfect. Modern but not cold, spacious cabinets, tall ceilings and windows, luxury everywhere. The people, including the staff, I encountered were very friendly and the garage was secure and I felt safe. The complex is located perfectly in between downtown and West 7th. I would definitely move here in the future! Thanks for an awesome weekend, Braden on 5th!

When you move out, expect to be charged a $75 cleaning fee regardless if you clean or not. I lived there for 3 years and cleaned up before I left. After someone has lived there for years, you would expect they should do an additional deep clean before the next tenant. Good news is they do hire someone to clean, bad news is they forward that cleaning charge to you. I even spoke to the leasing office in person to ask about what they expect in terms of cleaning out the apartment, and I was told a moderate amount of cleaning would be sufficient and that I wouldn’t need to hire a cleaning service to deep clean. What a blindside when they hit you with a $75 cleaning charge after moving out and telling you not to worry.

Went to view apartments, as soon as we walk in, super cute leasing area, viewed only 2 apartments which the agent seemed annoyed since we didn’t have an appointment. I asked where my boyfriend would park if visitor parking was filled. The agent lol, literally said to park at target “down the street” which is on google 24 minute walk or 5 minute drive . Why in the world would you tell someone to park and then walk 24 minutes away, when the cost of these apartments are 2k+ . This is not luxury living if you’re having to park at target and walk so he can see me! This place was ok, great amenities, but not worth the hype or leasing staff for the price of apartments. I’ll be looking elsewhere
