My tour with Autumn went amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the community and answered all of my questions. The apartment homes are beautiful, and the location is second to none! Montage is walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. Perfect area for walks with my pup! Hoping I can call Montage home when my lease ends 🤞🏼

I've lived at Montage for 3 years now, and just renewed my lease. I love the location - I can walk to downtown in 10-15 minutes, walk to Magnolia Ave. in about 20, and there are many places to hang out in between. The neighborhood (Near Southside) is a great community with music and art events periodically, a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife, and much more in development. Living at the Montage has been a great experience - neighbors have all been friendly, and while they did change management last year, the new staff is helpful and responsive (as was the previous). They've also started doing fun community events for residents - last night Valerie (from the management team) put together and hosted a fun (& free!) "Paint & Sip" event, there will be a free yoga class this weekend, they do scavenger hunts for prizes, gift bags for Halloween, and more. The maintenance staff has been fantastic, addressing the few issues I've had usually the same day. The office even had pest control come out here to kill a yellow jacket nest that had formed in the vent next to my balcony. There are cons for apartment living, especially in a downtown area. Yes, unhoused people are around; I see a few from my window walking from one place to the next most days, but they don't loiter around our building and I've never felt threatened. I see more loitering around downtown and closer to Magnolia. The parking garage is great to have and yes, there have been a few incidents of the gate not working, and they're currently under repair, but in 3 years I estimate about 10-15 days total have had issues with it. Ideally it would never break, but friends in other buildings have trouble with theirs on occasion as well so I don't think that's just here. The security system was updated this year so we use an app to open doors; I've liked that for having deliveries so I don't have to go down to open the door for them, nor risk anything by giving them an entry code. If something were to happen to my phone, I have a code that can get me in the main door. Noise level - overall the building is quiet. In both units I've rented here I've been able to hear the upstairs neighbors, but it's been minimal and not constant at all, only when dogs are playing or someone drops something. I looked at 5-10 apartments in the area when I decided to move, and am very happy with my choice to live here.

My wife and I are moving from a nearby apartment community to Montage Southside. We did extensive due diligence on multiple properties and decided that Montage Southside was our best fit. Generous bedroom sizes, clean homes and a all around well maintained property. We were especially impressed with the community manager Autumn, who answered all our questions (we had a LOT!) and always got right back to us if she didn't have the correct info. Rents are very competitive with other communities offering less amenities. We're excited to be part of the Montage Southside community!

I had a great experience working with Valerie. She Was extremely responsive, knowledgeable , and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She showed me several great options that matched my budget making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was her honesty and patience she never pressured me to make a quick decision and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her!

Living here has been a really positive experience, the community is well kept and the staff is friendly and responsive. Valerie in the leasing office has been especially kind and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear that she cares about the residents, and that makes a big difference.
