I have lived here since January 3rd this year, and I am loving it so far! I have the smallest sized studio with the Ori system and it is definitely only big enough for one person to live. The countertops are real granite, and overall the apartment is really nice! No bugs here at all (thank GOD, and if you have bugs and live dirty please stay away so that bugs do not start coming here…. PLEASE!! 😂) Maintenance is very quick to take care of anything, the property managers are very helpful and genuinely care about upkeep of the property and comfort of residents. There is also cleaning people who come to the property consistently to make sure the grounds stay clean. Not many kids stay here so it’s a very quiet place. There are homeless individuals around who are on drugs so sometimes you do hear them screaming down the street or something (no seriously) but that doesn’t bother me personally. There are also those multi-person bike things that the drunk folks pay to ride around so sometimes you hear them hooping and hollering down the road. Some residents have dogs and they don’t keep them on leashes 99% of the time so if that is something you aren’t comfortable with, be aware of that. But again, I personally love this spot! Definitely move here if you are clean, need something small but nice, and won’t mess up the property.

Finishing up my first year here. Mainly good things to say about the property! Im only moving because I need a bigger space but here is my experience here Pros: - Convenient place to live! - Especially if you are part of the LGBTQ community, the bars are right in our backyard so you can walk home after a night out. also close to school and the city in general Minor complaints: - Started getting annoyed by the trashcans being locked. I think I can deal with people going through our trash, especially if perfectly good furniture is being thrown away. - Ori frequently gave me issues, but maintenance has always been very quick to address it. I would suggest a tutorial for this type of furniture or some basic troubleshooting along with the leasing packets - I can embrace technology but there needs to be *working* key fobs for the gates. I cant tell you the amount of times I've forgotten my phone in my apartment and had to climb the gates to get back in and grab my phone. Sometimes, (if im lucky) a neighbor will be in the area and open it for me. - Better package delivery system. theres only one locker and it fills up quickly. hasn't really been a problem for me unless I'm needing a package that is time sensitive.

Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Maintenance request were answered quickly usually within a couple of days. It’s a small community and it doesn’t get loud. Near Southside took over and Angela was amazing. They offered Express Cleaning as well as Express Painting when I was moving out making my move so much easier. Angela was very helpful throughout, and made retuning my keys very easy. If it wasn’t for the fact that I needed a bigger place I would have resigned my lease.

I’ve been here for about 4 months now and love living here! I live alone and am just here for a medical rotation, so it’s minimalist living for me, and this is just the perfect place for that! It’s small but if you’re a tidy person, the space can really open up. It’s pricey for a small unit, but if you get a furnished one, I think it’s worth the price compared to other local options that offer furnished apartments. I would recommend not paying extra for the surface parking lot because it’s super narrow, the dumpsters are always in the way, and there’s not really much added security for those spaces than if you just parked along the street. In my four months here, I’ve only seen 2 small bugs and they sent pest control out the day after I emailed them about it. They’re friendly people and this is a nice little unit. Emphasis on little. But it’s cute and just enough space for one person (or 2 tidy people).

My experience at CoHo has been great! Maintenance and management responds in a timely manner. The neighborhood is calm and pretty safe, walking distance to a lot of breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself has not given me any problems throughout the year I have stayed there. I only had one small issue with the Ori furniture when I first moved in with the furniture not moving swiftly, but it was fixed within two days. It is great place to live if you live minimally and don't want to splurge on a bed frame, tv stand and dinning room table! I unfortunately don't live minimally and need more space but I would still recommend the place to anyone!
