The excluise rooftop bar for residents and their guests has one of a kind view. Each month there are about 4-5 events in the bar area. There is limited number of guest parking inside the building. You get a referral fee about one months rent. Right next to the apt, there is a sand voleyball beach. Its easy to walk around by the river. The 1+1 apt with balcony is quiet spacious, well designed. Till 2027, you would enjoy the best view here.

I lived at the Catherine for over a year and it has been an exceptional experience. The building itself is beautiful, the amenities are wonderful. It is right by the lake, with convenient access to all downtown restaurants/bars, while avoiding 'downtown' traffic and noise. The best part is the people working at the Catherine. Patti, Jay and Brandi (from the leasing office) know all tenants by name, and are always kind and helpful. The maintenance team handles requests fast and efficiently. The 24/7 concierge is incredibly helpful (I misplaced my key fob several times, the concierge helped me get into my unit every time). Thank you the Cathrine team, I really appreciate what you’ve done for me in the past year. Happy Holidays, Frank

Living in downtown Austin, finding the right place is key. This building is very well maintained and feels extremely safe, which was a big priority for me. The concierge team is helpful and friendly, and it’s nice having that extra layer of security. The maintenance team is excellent and responds quickly to requests. The amenities are a huge plus - they have a coffee bar, large pool, gym, AND a private resident rooftop bar, which are all great and well kept. Neighbors are friendly, and the overall community is welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this building if your looking to live in a luxurious safe space in downtown Austin Texas.

We have absolutely LOVED living here. This is our fourth winter in Austin (from January - end of April), and after spending a few years at a building next door (that has consistently gone wayyy downhill, if you are weighing your options in this area)... we decided to move over to The Catherine... and honestly, we cannot say enough great things about this place. The PRIME location, the views, the friendly community (seriously every single person who lives here is soooo nice & social), the events, the cleanliness, the awesome staff (who we will miss interacting with so much!)... truly the BEST place we've ever lived.

Absolutely love living at The Catherine Apartments—it’s truly been an amazing experience from day one. The management team, Patty, Jay, and Brandi, are always wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents, which makes such a difference. The maintenance staff also deserves major praise—they’re quick to respond, efficient, and always professional. One of our favorite perks is the Sky Lounge, the exclusive resident-and-guest bar on the 19th floor. The views of the Austin skyline are nothing short of incredible. We absolutely adore the bar manager, Anup, who makes the space feel special every time we’re there. The monthly events with live music, DJs, and sports on the TVs add such a fun, vibrant energy to the community. The Catherine is also extremely dog-friendly, which we love, and having Zilker Park and the Town Lake Trail literally right outside your door is unbeatable. The other amenities are just as impressive—the pool and fitness center are excellent and always well maintained. On top of all that, the location is perfect. You truly get the best of Austin living here. We couldn’t be happier calling The Catherine home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury living with an unbeatable community and location. 💙🏙️🐾
