Luis Rodriguez was absolutely fantastic to work with! He made the entire apartment search process feel seamless from start to finish. My boyfriend and I were pretty overwhelmed at times, but Luis was incredibly patient and accommodating; even when I could only respond late at night, he was always responsive and on top of everything. He handled finding the best spots based off of our preferences and scheduling all of our tours. This was all while keeping things organized, and sharing valuable insider insight on the best deals, which made a huge difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to find the best fit for you. I would 100% recommend Luis to anyone looking for an apartment. He truly goes above and beyond!

I recently used AptAmigo to locate a 2 bed 2 bath unit in the Round Rock area. Becca Knapp was my locator and she was amazing. She was responsive and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas which helped me decide where in Austin I wanted to be. She was also well prepared with notes, questions, and even taking photos during the tours so all I had to do was be present and focus on what was at hand! My husband and I are moving to Austin and worked with Deena to find an apartment. We had to move quickly, and she showed us great options we hadn’t even come across online. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us find a place that feels like home, with all the amenities we were looking for from our previous apartment.
