I’ve lived at Hanover Brazos Street since July, and I’m incredibly grateful for the luxurious experience. From day one, the team made me feel at home. Rand welcomed me at 7 am on move-in day with genuine care, setting the tone for consistently exceptional service. Kane and Caitlyn have also offered exceptional service, for any ask- they helped me track down a missing package with commitment as if it were detective level work. Cleanliness, maintenance, and safety are the Hanover’s priorities. Work orders are handled quickly, often within hours, and always within 48 hours. The property itself is just as great. The amenities are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, perfect for hosting social gatherings or intimate dinners. The pool is stunning and never overcrowded, and the location is unbeatable—walkable to work, restaurants, fitness studios, and just two blocks from Lady Bird Lake. I feel lucky to call this place home. Thank you to the Hanover team for such a welcoming community.

Hanover Brazos Street has been an incredible place to live so far. The building is upscale and the concierge, maintenance and leasing teams (especially Jon!) have been phenomenal. They’re responsive, professional and always genuinely helpful. Everything feels thoughtfully done and well maintained here. It’s an elevated living experience for sure. The location of the building is also unbeatable being in the heart of downtown Austin. Very happy that I made the decision to call this building my home.

My husband and I moved in this February and we are OBSESSED with living here!! Every single day feels like walking into a luxury hotel with friends waiting for you downstairs. The second we step out of the elevator, Kane and Rand greet us with the biggest smiles, and somehow Charlie (our Labrador) has become a celebrity with Emily, Claudia, and Gwen in the leasing office because they always stop to cuddle and love on him. 🐶 Honestly… this place just gets it. The vibe, the energy, the people, the location — EVERYTHING is amazing. And maintenance?! Unreal. The few times we needed something, they showed up within minutes. Like… HOW?! It’s rare to find a place that is beautiful AND filled with genuinely kind people, but this community has both. Living here has truly made our day-to-day life happier and more fun. Best decision ever!!

I absolutely loved living here! The building is amazing and feels very private. Perfect location, gorgeous views, and truly luxury amenities. The staff are all friendly and work really hard to keep the building clean and maintained. The management team Kaitlin and Jon are both so kind and responsive. They handle the smallest to biggest requests like top priorities. The concierge are always welcoming, friendly faces to arrive home to. Thank you Hanover team for a wonderful stay. I will miss calling this place home.

I run a cleaning company and we've been taking care of apartments at Hanover Brazos for some time now. I just want to take a moment to thank the staff there — they've always been welcoming to my team, provided access when needed, and we've never had a single issue.
