Eddie was phenomenal from start to finish, the customer service and attention to detail was awesome on the tour. He has great energy and super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions which ultimately made my decision smoother and honestly a no brainer on moving in. Moved in back in December and thus far has been great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment. Literally feels like a resort with all the amenities and the people here are super friendly from the front desk to all the staff. If you come in ask for Eddie! 100/10 would recommend.

I had a great time touring today with Rafael! He was dedicated to learning our needs, and tailored the tour accordingly (and I can be very picky). The property itself has everything someone would be looking for in a luxury apartment in Austin. I appreciate the natural, and inviting design of all the amenities. The layout of their floorplans felt a little more thought out than some other luxury high rises, which was a key factor for us. Utilities/fees are pretty standard for this market considering they have some of the most extensive amenities I’ve ever seen in an apartment. I was expecting much higher. Overall, I am keeping Paseo very high on my list of potential apartments.

I've been at Paseo since December and have really loved living here. The pool is awesome, the restaurant is actually good, and all the other common spaces have a great vibe too. The whole health and wellness focus of the building is something I appreciate more the longer I'm here. Great gym and great group fitness classes. Amazing instructors.

I’ve lived here since December and this is by far the happiest I’ve ever been with where I’ve lived my 6 years in Austin. The building is remarkable, community is incredibly friendly, and the staff is wonderful. Can’t beat the amenities and everything about living here has exceeded my expectations. Super thankful for Amadi who helped me tour the place and get through the process seamlessly. Was a great start to my experience here.

We had a fantastic experience touring Paseo with Hannah as our leasing agent. She spent nearly two hours with us and went into a level of detail that was unmatched by any other agent we’ve worked with. She took the time to show us everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions with impressive knowledge and professionalism. Hannah was friendly, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. Paseo is already an amazing property, but honestly, the level of care and attention she provided would have been enough to convince us on its own. Highly recommend asking for Hannah if you’re considering Paseo — an outstanding experience from start to finish.
