I had such a great experience visiting this community! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and the views really make it stand out—it feels like a place you’d genuinely love coming home to every day. The location is also a huge plus, with so much within walking distance entertainment-wise, making it super convenient and fun to live in the area. The amenities are just as impressive, especially the beautiful pool and well-equipped gym. A big highlight of my visit was touring with Autumn. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt informed without ever feeling rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend checking this community out if you’re looking for a place with great amenities, an unbeatable location, and exceptional service!

I love this building so much! Best place I have ever lived. Everyone is so friendly! The amenities are unbelievable & you are right in the heart of downtown. The apartment is unbelievable with amazing views of the city. Everything is walking distance!!!!! Highly recommend the Sienna to anyone looking to live downtown. It truly is a dream!!

A Wonderful Place to Call Home! Living at The Sienna has been an amazing experience! One of the things we love most is the strong sense of community here. The residents (and their sweet pets!) make this place feel warm and welcoming. The complex itself is peaceful and serene, making it the perfect retreat from the energy of the city. The stunning skyline views are truly breathtaking, and I love that I get to host every holiday here. My family and friends can’t get enough of the 15th-floor patio—it’s the perfect spot for a gathering while still being family-friendly. The amenities are also a huge plus! Arriba Abajo on the fourth floor is such a great restaurant, and having the gym and Studio Three right here makes staying active incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for a place that offers a great community, top-notch amenities, and a beautiful atmosphere, The Sienna is the perfect choice! psa: i’m not a bot i just finally did my review after living here for a year lol

Was a little skeptic at first but the tour with Matt sealed it. He patiently answered my many many questions and was very responsive during the move-in process. Maintenance staff were quick to touch up a few things and the concierge is super friendly!

The building looks sharp from the outside-tall glass tower, prime downtown spot. But my tour? Not great. Leasing agent Alexis was straight up rude-short answers, no warmth, made me feel like an inconvenience instead of a potential resident. Didn't answer questions fully, felt very rushed and unwelcome from the jump. The place might be nice for others, but that interaction killed it for me. Hope management sees this-staff sets the tone. update... After I posted my review, management reached out promptly. She offered me a new tour. This second experience over the phone with Sienna was much better — Autumn was patient, answered all my questions, and made me feel valued. I really appreciate her taking my feedback seriously and turning the situation around. Staff does set the tone for a building, and I'm glad management stepped in. The property itself has strong potential in a great location. Would consider touring again now that I saw the more attentive side.
