The apartments are beautiful with lots of natural light. You can choose from two color schemes with a lot a floor plan options. The staff, Juliet and Carlos, are so friendly and were so helpful in helping to choose the right apartment!!!!!!

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year, and overall it has been a positive experience. Juliette and Carlos are consistently friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to interact with—it’s always nice to be greeted by familiar faces when coming home. Liz, the community manager, is clearly passionate about her role and puts effort into creating events and gathering feedback to improve the community. That said, I’m currently unsure if I will renew my lease due to ongoing noise issues. My unit faces north toward Luna, and the noise has become disruptive during their operating days (Thursday through Sunday). During my initial tour, I was not informed that the noise levels would be this significant—you can clearly hear music and lyrics from inside the bedroom. I understand that some units are less affected, but those come at a significantly higher price point. Multiple residents, including myself, have raised concerns about the noise from Luna and nearby rooftop bars, but unfortunately, no meaningful action has been taken. It seems that building design elements, such as window and ventilation choices, did not adequately account for external noise levels. For this reason, I cannot give a full 5-star rating. I want to emphasize that this is not a reflection of the leasing or concierge teams, who have been excellent. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration as management looks for ways to improve the living experience and maintain strong resident satisfaction and renewal rates.

I recently toured this community and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Carlos, the leasing associate, was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. He made the entire experience feel welcoming rather than transactional. He answered every question clearly and took the time to walk me through all the details that really matter when choosing a new home. The property itself is beautifully designed, with amenities that feel truly usable rather than just for show. The apartment layouts were modern, spacious, and full of natural light, with high‑quality finishes that stood out compared to other places I’ve toured. What really made the tour exceptional was the sense of care and professionalism. It’s clear that Carlos takes pride in the community, and that energy makes a big difference when imagining yourself living here. Overall, this was one of the best apartment tour experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for great service, beautiful spaces, and a genuinely positive atmosphere, I highly recommend scheduling a visit.

I’ve had a great experience living at 415 Colorado Apartments. The building itself is top-notch, with thoughtfully designed units and high-quality finishes that really make it feel like home. On top of that Liz, Juliette, and Carlos have been absolutely exceptional. They’re responsive, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. From move-in to everyday questions, everything has been smooth and stress-free thanks to them. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and take pride in both the property and the community. Highly recommend!

From the moment I moved into this brand new high rise, I’ve been beyond impressed with the entire experience. The building itself is absolutely stunning modern design, high end finishes, and thoughtfully planned amenities that make daily life not only convenient but genuinely enjoyable. It’s clear that a lot of care went into every detail. Mind you, the building is still under construction, yet this has been exciting to be part of the building's very first group of residents. What truly makes this high-rise stand out, however, is the incredible management team. From day one, they’ve been warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Whether it's helping with move-in logistics, answering questions, or addressing small maintenance needs, the team is always on top of things. Their responsiveness is unmatched, it never feels like you're JUST ANOTHER TENANT. They treat you like a valued member of the community. Another standout feature is how well organized everything is. Packages are secure and easy to retrieve, building communications are clear and timely, and there are regular updates about improvements and resident events. It’s rare to find a property where everything runs this smoothly — especially so early in the building’s life and it speaks volumes about the management’s experience and dedication. The amenities are top. Everything is always clean and well-maintained, which is a testament to both the staff’s hard work and the high standards they hold. It true luxury living without any of the hassle. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in. This high-rise offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and community. I’d love to give a huge thanks outstanding management especially Liz and Leslie. You both make me feel so welcome on a consistent basis, and I truly cannot thank you enough. If you're considering making this your new home, I can confidently say you won’t regret it. It’s a five star experience in every sense.
