Kasandra - fabulous! I recently toured this property and had a great experience. The community was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. Kasandra was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was impressed with the amenities and the overall condition of the property. Based on my tour, I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to live.

I have lived at West Village apartments for over four years and I love it! They are conveniently located and have very nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful any time you need something. I would recommend living here to anyone!

I moved around a lot over the past 10 years and I have to say this is hands-down the best living experience I’ve ever had. The amenities in this apartment complex are absolutely phenomenal for any area. The staff is always helpful and the location is ideal for just about everything in Oklahoma City. I had no issues during my time there and my move in and move out process was seamless. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a luxury living experience at a decent price. Only negative I would say about this apartment is the amount of homeless individuals in the surrounding area. This is probably more of an Oklahoma City problem But definitely something to look out for. I generally still felt super safe walking around and didn’t hear of any neighbors having major issues with that during my time.

As a former small business owner, I understand how reviews can sometimes be taken out of context, but I hope my experience provides helpful insight for anyone considering moving to West Village. Please do your research and weigh the pros and cons before making a decision. The first two years I lived at West Village were fantastic! The property management team, Greystar, was proactive, responsive, and kind. However, things changed after the staff transitioned toward the end of my second year. Since then, my experience has unfortunately gone downhill. - Management Issues: Greystar's top priority seems to be maximizing profit, often at the expense of the residents. For example, the lease agreement never mentioned the requirement for "professional cleaning," yet I was charged a cleaning fee at move-out. This issue has been noted in other reviews as well. Despite paying the cleaning fee 30 days before my move-out date, they sent a final balance due over 60 days later, adding miscellaneous fees. To this day, my deposit has still not been refunded. - Sanitation Concerns: During the winter, human feces were smeared on the stairwell walls. I reported this issue three times, yet nothing was done until an inspection was scheduled—six months later. - Maintenance Neglect: My apartment balcony was egged in freezing temperatures late at night. Despite sending photos and multiple reports (with documentation), the issue was never addressed, and the exterior surface was not cleaned. For the price you pay at West Village, the overall upkeep and value are severely lacking. While the property has a lot of potential, significant improvements need to be made, particularly with the management company. I would strongly discourage choosing West Village unless changes are implemented that prioritize residents' needs. Update: This review comes after being reported to a credit agency with no notification. I had worked with a GreyStar rep for literal months to rectify wrong documentation after moving out and was told that they would resolve the situation.

Corina and the entire team at West Village have been amazing to me. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve been quick, kind, and really on top of it. Corina especially is always so helpful and makes you feel taken care of, not like just another resident. It’s rare to find a team that’s this friendly and dependable. Truly appreciate everything they do!
