Words CAN NOT DESCRIBE (all caps for emphasis and excitement:) sooo please let me try..recent transplant from Chicago wanting a certain check list-near transportation CHECK! (Again recent transplant I know you guys drive smh..:) Near grocery store CHECK! CHICAGO TYPE ENERGY.... CHECK CHECK CHECK!!! Nice people (Miriam is ahh-mazing a star in her own right) accepts dogs.. OPEN FLOOR PLAN! Modern space P.S. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE!! JUST SAYING..20 YEARS IN CHICAGO..THIS I WOULD RENT THERE! If you want a cool space-great kitchen-FULL SOZE WASHER N DRYER- parking..balcony..oh but wait..need a morning latte? Starbucks smar-too-expensive bucks- they are adding a coffee bar my dears!! YYEEEESSSS! ALL YOU JAVE TO DO IS SAUNTER DOWNSTAIRS AND ITS A REALITY!! ITS GOT A DOG AREA!! LIKE SERIOUSLY PET FRIENDLY! LOVE! AN INTERNET SECURITY PACKAGE! RENT SPECIALS ..WHEW IM NOT JUST SAYING IM TYPING ITS JUST..AHHH..SOOO GOOD. EAT IT UP WITH A SPORK(spoon fork combo) heart. Love.

I lived here for a year and had an amazing experience. The staff were always friendly, quick to communicate, and took great care of the property. The community felt safe, clean, and welcoming even the tenants were kind and easy to get along with. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable home!

I enjoyed living here at Classen 16! The community is friendly and quiet. The property is in the plaza district and just minutes from midtown. It’s so fun to be so close to all the restaurants and bars in the area! The apartment is very spacious ( I had a 1 bedroom) and the finishes and appliances are all up to date. I would absolutely recommend Classen 16 to someone who wants to live downtown at a nice community for a great price!
