I have been enjoying my stay at the pulse. I do think the residents could help maintain the spaces a little better. The pool, gym, lounge, and laundry room are nicely kept by the maintenance workers. Overall, it is a decent stay for the affordable prices. I can’t wait for the pool to completely open for when the summer heat hits

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've really enjoyed living at The Pulse. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and friendly from the moment you walk through the doors. The staff are always kind, professional, and willing to help whenever needed. The property is kept clean and well-maintained, and it's easy to feel at home here. One of my favorite things about The Pulse is how welcoming everyone is—both the team and the residents. It truly feels like a community, and I'm happy to call it home. Highly recommend! 😊

Hey y’all! I just moved into the pulse a day ago so here’s my honest review of this place! I immediately noticed how welcoming and kind people here were! I love how communicative and amazing our leasing manager Lia is from the gecko of me applying up to now! The modern style spacious Studios are really nice, I love it! As well as the fact that we are downtown and there’s so many very accessible places you can go and explore! I look forward to residing here/calling this my new home!!

I absolutely love this apartment. The community is super friendly and welcoming, there’s tons of fun stuff to do, and our awesome manager plans fun events for everyone. The sign up process was smooth and easy, I would definitely recommend!!

I signed my lease yesterday. I can’t wait to move in! Lia is amazing, I was having the worst day and she made me feel so much better! It was my second time meeting her and she is so great! The property is beautiful and I can’t wait to use all the amenities the property has to offer. If you’re looking for a place downtown I would definitely recommend this property!
