The Regency is literally one of my favorite apartments I have ever lived in! I've been here for three years and recently upgraded to a one bed and I am so grateful to live in a place with so much convience as far as the convience store that has literally everything and is open everyday until 11pm! I love that we have a fun cutesy lounge with my favorite honey lavender matcha and desserts. I love the fact that we have 24 hour security which makes me feel really safe compared to my old places. I love the 24 hour fitness center and how it's never packed so I feel comfortable being able to work on myself. The rooftop pool is so FETCH!!! I met and made alot of people who I can now say are friends, everyone is so nice and I love the diversity. I have a puppy and when it's raining or snowing out I like the idea of just going downstairs to the pet spa and taking my pup out in the comfort of my home. There is a game room with a pool table and the 80's video games. A clubhouse you can rent out and get your money back! When I tell you there is just so much to do inside and outside The Regency it's just so nice. I loveeeeeee my view of the skyline and overlooking the Devin Tower at night especially when the Thunder wins a game, it' so beautiful. Honestly, I do not see why anyone would not live here. The staff is so kind and caring and will ensure you are heard and taken cared of. This is my honest opinon and I can't wait to make many more memories!

Living at The Regency has been great! It’s super close to everything I need, which makes life so convenient. The amenities are great too! I love the dog park, gym, clubhouse, pool, outdoor kitchen, and having garage parking is such a bonus. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve been living here for about a year now and I have to say it’s been a fantastic experience! One of the standout features is the incredibly fast maintenance service – any issue, no matter how small, is resolved promptly, which really adds to the convenience of daily living. The apartment also has excellent temperature control, ensuring that my home is always at the perfect climate, regardless of the season. Another major plus is the staff; they’re always available and eager to help with any questions or concerns. Their friendliness and professionalism truly make a difference. Plus, the bonus of having a beautiful city view from the apartment cannot be overlooked – it’s a daily reminder of the vibrant urban life just outside your window. It’s super close to everything downtown, making it easy to enjoy all the dining, shopping, and entertainment options the city has to offer. Overall, this apartment complex checks all the boxes for comfortable, convenient, and modern urban living!

We have a studio. Its so big, I got to put real furniture. Clean and maintained by staff. Parking is iffy unless your car is small for garage. Nice amenities. Gym, pool, and club room. I would recommend for sure.

I've been living here for close to a year now. The staff is absolutely friendly, responsive, and always ready to lend a hand, which makes living here so stress-free. One of my favorite conveniences is the on-site deli. It’s perfect for grabbing a quick snack or a meal without having to go far. The building's amenities are fantastic too. I enjoy spending time in the clubhouse, which is great for hosting small gatherings or just relaxing. The pool is a wonderful spot to unwind during the warmer months, and the grilling area is ideal for weekend barbecues with friends. Overall, the comfort and convenience of living here make it a truly exceptional place to call home.
