I had a great experience touring Maywood Apartments thanks to Ryan. She helped me find a unit that I really liked and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The tour was thorough, and she took the time to answer all my questions. Ryan was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout. I really appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude—highly recommend working with her if you’re considering moving here!

We recently moved out after living at Maywood for almost 2 years. The maintenance team is wonderful. If there was ever an issue with something in the apartment, they were quick to get the issues resolved. Management team has greatly changed over the past two years. The new management team is easy to work with. Lacey and Traci are friendly and willing to help out with various issues. Our apartment was in phase 1. While the apartment and our view was wonderful, some of the communal spaces are in need improvement. The gym is almost unusable and you have to go over to phase 2 to work out. The business office does not have computers that you have access to or working printers. The elevators can be touchy-we were once without elevator use for a while (but that was due to the elevator maintenance company). Lighting can be an issue in the lower level parking garage. There were several strings of car break-ins during our residency here. The proximity to downtown and bricktown is amazing. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, OKC baseball games, and Thunder games! The driving commute to OU Health is about 5 minutes. Overall, we would choose to live at Maywood again.

We have lived here for a year and a half and have consistently been disappointed. This is marketed as "luxury living" on the signs outside, when it is clearly not. We live in the West building, and since moving here, the gym in this building has not had working equipment or heat/AC. If you like a sauna when working out, then have at it. I do not. Last winter, a pipe burst because the heat was not working. There is a gym in Phase 2 they seem to keep in working order. It was an act of Congress to get a working grill, and now the propane tanks are not kept up with. Half the lights don't work in the resident lounge in our building, with no working lights on the patio area. The pool is usually dirty (you can see another person's review on the dirt that was on the bottom). We have been through about four or five managers and countless staff members, all promising to improve this place. We have been let down each and every time. Doors are not secure, and many homeless people roam the areas. We have had to call the police because a homeless person locked themselves in the trash room. Speaking of trash, we have dealt with the trash chute not functioning, which caused gnats to invade the floor. It felt like only after reaching out to corporate that something was actually done. We have also had elevator and fob issues. Our biggest concern is our very loud neighbors. We have sent in multiple videos documenting the bangs, thuds, and knocking (even after quiet hours). Every time we think we are getting somewhere with this issue, management changes, and we have to start from square one again. The newest management has deemed this "normal apartment noise," which is complete BS. Loud bangs on my floor when I'm trying to sleep, enjoy dinner, or have a conversation are clearly not normal noise. I have been a downstairs neighbor for many, many years and have never had to deal with this. So, I hope you don't get a loud, inconsiderate neighbor when you are here. Nothing will be done.

I am planning to move into the apartments in May and Ryan helped me out a ton with giving great information and service to help me find the right apartment that fit me best! Her time and care into helping me find my next home was amazing. I had to do the whole thing virtually and she helped me out step by step without a problem! So excited to move in!

I do not recommend living here. My experience with management has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to handling serious issues. Despite multiple attempts to resolve concerns directly, the response was slow, unhelpful, and at times dismissive. After giving management several opportunities to make things right, I ultimately had no choice but to pursue legal action. The issue was only resolved after that process, which took approximately six months, and ended up costing them significantly more than addressing it properly from the beginning. During this time, I also discovered additional charges applied to my account, including insurance, late water payment fees, and a service to report payments to the credit bureau—services I had previously canceled. These were never clearly justified or proactively corrected. What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability and the absence of any clear way to escalate issues beyond the property management level. Attempts to reach higher-level support were unsuccessful, and even the contact information provided in responses to other reviews appears to be non-functional. The entire experience left me feeling that tenant concerns are not a priority, and that issues are only taken seriously when escalated through formal legal channels. Most residents may not have the time or resources to go through that process, which is concerning. If you’re considering this property, I strongly encourage you to carefully review your lease, monitor your account charges closely, and be aware of how management handles disputes—because that will define your experience here. Pd. Between the time I live there, August 2024 to October 2025, and the 6 months after, they have had at least 5 property managers. The easiest option for them is fire people before solve things. I feel bad for them, as the employees are also only used to put a face to this company. You can see them tired after rhe first months, as clearly, they can't do anything to help the resident, per instructions of Core Realty holdings. Pd2. Almost all the good reviews are from people that just moved in, or even never lived there.
