I’ve loved my time spent at the haven. Prices are great for the location. The courtyard is beautiful and neighbors are kind! I feel very safe here with double gates. Vicky is on top of it and maintenance is quick!

The location is unbeatable—everything from restaurants and coffee shops to events and entertainment is just a short walk away. It really makes it easy to enjoy everything the city has to offer. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and feels very safe. The amenities are a huge plus and always kept in great condition, which makes day-to-day living even more enjoyable. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management and staff—especially Vicky. She provides outstanding service and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. She’s always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares, which makes such a difference. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, giving a lot of peace of mind. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to live in downtown OKC!

Very convenient location. Privacy inside the complex makes you feel like you’re not in downtown OKC. Some units may need some slight renovations and modernizations but overall just minor quirks. Current manager Vicky is very accommodating and pleasant.

I talk with the manager Vicky about apt. She was so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend everyone take a chance and look at this beautiful property she has. Thank you. Hope to call home one day.

The Haven apartments a nice quiet environment for me as I go through school! The staff has been super helpful since I have moved in, and it has made me more comfortable during this transition!
