Life at The First Residences was an absolute dream!! I moved this summer of 2023 to start prep for greater college pursuits!! I moved in when they first opened in the spring of 2022. The move in process was super smooth and I had the absolute best view in one of the South facing apartments with the 4 huge windows in the living space that give a breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the city. I moved to an even better layout in the spring of 2023 and got to wake up to heart fluttering sunrises. The community at The First National is one of a kind! Everyone was just Wonderful!! My dog park and pet parent friends were where I started building community. More residents would come get puppy cuddles, and we would all just sit and talk and enjoy each other's company. Living in a building where your neighbors are friends has always been my hearts desire! Being single in a place created to connect is probably the coolest thing ever! You have people to chat with, go out for puppy play dates with, grab a drink with, and celebrate life events! It was the absolute best part of my year! Going to breakfast at Tellers or Guilded Acorn or dinner at Stock & Bond was like an episode of Cheers! "Where everybody knows your name!" Everyone there is just so pleasant, and I've always wanted to really know who is there because then you are always in the company of friends. The leasing office staff I started with were Chloe, Cheyenne, and Tarisha ♡ These wonderful ladies handled a brand new build where so much was new and still in process like freakin Champs!!! Anytime I had questions, I always received a response. Even when I was waiting, we would pass each other in the hall, and they would bring up what I had asked and let me know they would get back to me. I felt heard and always had a smooth time with leasing questions. My apartment transition within the building was flawless. I would recommend anyone live here for at LEAST 1 year because you need to be a part of All of the holiday celebrations!!!!! Christmas was Incredible!! It was soooooooo wonderful to come downstairs to this euphoric sparkly scene! Omg, and when they change the color of the lights! Total swoon! If you're thinking about it, don't hesitate! Go for it and thank me later

Wonderful experience! Bridget was very informative, knowledgeable, personable, and just super friendly! She was able to tell us about the building, the amenities, the apartments themselves, and the retailers downstairs. Overall an amazing experience.

I never expected to end an evening at my friend’s apartment being threatened with criminal charges over resident guest parking that is free. I'm a verified guest of a resident who pays $4,200 per month to live here. I'm on her submitted guest list, and resident's guests receive free parking validation. When leaving, my friend didn't have a validation card, so I used the assistance button as previously instructed by security, who said resident's guests could identify the resident and be let through, but that didn't happen. I provided the resident’s name and room number. Not enough. I FaceTimed her. Not enough. Security radioed internally and confirmed I was her guest. Despite all of this, I was told I could not exit unless she physically obtained validation cards and came down to the garage. So I waited as instructed. While she was coming downstairs, another guard aggressively approached my vehicle, photographed my license plate, and told me they would press charges if I didn't pay immediately. (Parking can be almost $40) I was not attempting to sneak in or out. I was trying to leave as a verified guest entitled to free parking. He also said he was filing an internal complaint against me. At one point I was told "residents pay too much money to live here” to have active security issues. How a verified guest exiting a garage threatens security is unclear. What is clear is that residents paying 4k+ rent should not have their guests threatened and treated like criminals over a validation issues that security itself caused and prolonged. Humiliating and unprofessional!

I had a very poor experience with First Residences at First National. I notified Daylee that my move-out date was cancelled by another employee in the office, and my apartment was leased out. My account was still finalized and sent to collections improperly. Attempts to resolve this directly and escalate to corporate were unsuccessful. Placing an account into collections without properly addressing prior notice and dispute is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to document everything in writing when dealing with this company.

Our tour guide of the residences on Monday, Jan 5th was absolutely phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional! When we do make a decision, you'll have him to thank!
