We had such an amazing experience working with Jasmine McKinney at Steelyard OKC! From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. Since we’re relocating, she generously offered us a virtual tour, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. Jasmine took her time explaining everything clearly, from the layout details to the application process, and answered all of our questions patiently. She never made us feel rushed and truly made us feel comfortable and confident about our decision. Because of her support and positive energy, Steelyard is officially our first choice for our new apartment application. We’re so grateful for her help and highly recommend asking for Jasmine if you’re looking here!

Living at Steelyard would be fine if you never planned on having a single guest. They recently sent out a notice basically confirming what everyone here already knows: there is nowhere for guests to park. Not in the garage, not in the “future resident” spots, not in the courtesy spot. The “retail parking” they mention is either pay-to-park or temporary only — which means it’s not real guest parking at all. So unless you plan on telling every friend, family member, or visitor to Uber, good luck. Hope you don’t ever have guests!

We're moving to OKC from out of state & Jasmine McKinney has been such a big help!! She showed my husband an apt & then when I got to towm she showed me the property as well. She was very knowledgable & answered all of our questions. We're moving in in April! Thank you, Jasmine! 😊

Absolutely amazing apartments. The staff values their residents and always do fun giveaways and events. Completely secure with security and private access. The apartment itself is luxurious with dark wood floors, granite countertops and neutral accents. Very well kept up and clean amongst the facility. There is also a big pool, plenty of lounge areas along with free coffee and a great gym!

I just renewed my lease. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Steelyard has the perfect location. It's safe, secure and has great amenities. The staff is top notch and always kind and helpful. Grounds keepers keep the property perfectly groomed and clean. And the view from my apartment is amazing too.
