Kody, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service you provided during my recent visit to Residences at Oak. As my lease is expiring in a few months, I decided to stop by and explore the available units to see if any of them fit within our budget. From the moment I arrived, Kody’s prompt attention and friendly demeanor made a positive impression. He went above and beyond to provide me with all the necessary information upfront and offered to show me around the various model units. Kody’s knowledge and genuine leadership qualities were truly remarkable, especially considering the rarity of such qualities among apartment staff. Unfortunately, the unit I was particularly interested in was slightly beyond our budget, so we had to make the difficult decision to move on. However, I still highly recommend Residences at Oak to anyone considering a move. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is excellent. While the prices may be a bit on the higher end, I believe they could be worth it for some people. -Jesus N

I cannot describe how beautiful these apartment homes are! The location is amazing, and the community is always well maintained. The office staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Especially Kody, who always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The maintenance team is also very fast, professional, and knowledgeable whenever help is needed. I’ve had such a great experience living here and would highly recommend this beautiful community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I had such a great experience visiting this place. I am from out of state and looking for the right fit in relocating. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming. The place is well-maintained, and the atmosphere really stood out compared to other places I’ve seen. Kody was especially helpful throughout the entire visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I had all the information I needed. Even though I’m not local, he took the time to answer all my questions, gave me good restaurants to enjoy around the area and he made the process feel easy and stress-free when I get ready to apply. I can’t wait for my move to Oklahoma and OAK OKC!

Five stars does not do this team justice. I am thoroughly impressed by this property from start to finish. The attention to detail is exceptional, and the level of professionalism and care shown by the team truly sets it apart. This is where luxury living seamlessly meets outstanding customer service. Every interaction has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on creating a top-tier experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for both quality and excellence.

Kody is phenomenal. He has a rare mix of drive, heart, and authenticity that you truly don’t come across often. Every interaction with him leaves you feeling heard, valued, and energized. He doesn’t just solve problems; he inspires confidence because you know he’s genuinely invested in making things the best they can be.
