This is my second time living here, and based on the way the property is advertised, I expected a more well-maintained and updated living experience. The staff are present, but their engagement seems minimal—more focused on simply being there than creating a welcoming atmosphere or offering genuine hospitality. The environment feels more like a transient hotel than a community, with an awkward vibe where other residents often stare rather than engage. While free laundry is a nice perk, it’s poorly managed. Residents frequently remove others’ laundry while it’s still wet, leaving it piled on the folding tables without consideration. One of the biggest issues is the constant construction—it goes on 24/7 with no regard for quiet hours, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Parking is also a major concern. There’s little to no space available for visiting family or guests, and even if you pay for monthly garage parking, you’re met with aggressive behavior from security and inconsiderate fellow parkers. The lot is also shared with OG+E employees, who seem to take priority over residents. On a positive note, the building does offer a decent gym, a jacuzzi, and complimentary drinks. However, the location—directly across from the courthouse—adds to the unease. It’s not uncommon to encounter angry individuals or unstable homeless people on your way to and from the building. At night, walking from the parking garage can feel particularly unsafe, and carrying some form of personal protection is, unfortunately, advisable.

I fail to understand how this complex has a 4 star rating. The good reviews are very outdated or straight up incorrect (one mentions living on the non-existent 20th floor?) so I feel obligated to share the real story of what it's like to live at Park Harvey in 2025. I could spend all night writing about all the reasons. I could talk about the outdated interiors, the aged plumbing and electrical wiring, or the crumbling concrete ceilings. Long story short: this building is OLD, and it has not been well maintained over the years. The only perks of living here are the central location in downtown and the basement gym (lots of equipment, but none of it has been maintained). Management is nice, but there were multiple instances where I had to follow up with them because of mistakes. Maintenance is a dice roll, but it has improved a bit since I first moved in. I feel like it's less a maintenance issue and more of an understaffing issue. One of the big dealbreakers for me: There are multiple construction sites next door and they are far out from completion. Construction starts at about 6:30am and runs until 5pm, Monday through Saturday. When the main crew leaves, additional workers come out and play with buzzsaws until 11pm-ish every single night. You get only 1 window to sleep (from 11pm to 6:30am) and if you miss that, good luck. If walking is your thing, don't do it around here! There are lots of mentally unstable people who live in the area, and I've had friends who were screamed at or attacked when leaving my apartment. Some nights I can hear unintelligible screaming from the comfort of my couch. :) In conclusion: look somewhere else.

Lived here since July 2022. This place is really amazing. The Katie and her staff work very hard to keep this place very nice and clean. They are very fast to fix issues in your apartment ( for example, very slow draining bathtubs, next day serviced ). They try to show appreciation to the tenants through various group activities and make it a fun, safe, and comfortable place to live.

Park Harvey is amazing. The area is clean, it is central to everything you could possibly need to get to. Many shops, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance and a street car that runs every day around downtown and midtown area. Park Harvey has a phenomenal new management staff and maintenance guy. They're all great!!! The gym in the basement is like walking into a gym that requires monthly membership but free to the residents. The 24 hr laundry room is free to the residents as well. There's a monthly big themed event put on by the Apt Life coordinators, and a weekly happy hour with food, drinks, and games. ALL FOR FREE TO THE RESIDENTS!

I’ve lived here almost 2 years now and have zero complaints! The staff is friendly and the amenities are great (specifically the gym and the coffee machine). I thought laundry would be a hassle but it’s actually much better than having one W/D in unit because you can do multiple loads at once rather than doing laundry all day long. The Wash Alert feature on their website is great and allows you to keep an eye on your laundry and when it’s complete. I thought parking would be a hassle but it’s not so bad if you don’t mind walking two mins from the parking garage. I recommend using grocery delivery services with whomever you grocery shop with. Olyvia, (was concierge/but now leasing) is great! She’s always so sweet and welcoming. They also hold monthly events. This month they had a snocone truck come and give free snocones to all residents. So awesome. If you like downtown living, this is the place to be. 🙂
