Lived here for two years, will not renew my lease again. Here’s a list of anything notable I can think of 1)location is unbeatable, close to downtown and it’s a 3min drive to any highway. 2) rooms, storage and space is limited and cabinets are high (6’+) 3)prices are a little steep but not awful for what you get 4) security has fallen off the last year. Doors constantly propped open, key fob access readers ripped off doors. Constantly randos following you into garage. they let cars that never move just sit in the garage and collect dust (for two years, same cars) 5) they won’t give you an extra key which for 2k a month seems a little shit tbh 6)They make you pay to have your packages sent there ($5 after 48hrs) 7)they let peoples dogs piss in the hallway and stairwells 8) the gyms nice and so is the pool 9) the little events they put on are fun and they usually have some drinks to take home Now the main reason for my review: Maintenance Have small issues no worries they’ll get to them reasonable fast but only when the office is open. However, if you ever have emergency maintenance good luck. They will not return your calls, you won’t see them and the next time you do will be when the next time the office is open. They turned off my fob by accident and told me to call a lock smith because that doesn’t warrant their attention (lock smith will tell you they can’t get you in) so you’ll be homeless for the night or weekend if that happens on Friday. Honestly liked living here until the new management. I wouldn’t say don’t live here but it’s not worth it unless you have a room on 5th floor facing south.

I moved into the Muse in September of 2023 and I was the first person to live in my apartment. We didn't have a lot of residents living here at the time so it felt like you lived alone in a hotel. Of course, it filled up over time and management switched from Greystar to Sares-Regis. This was my start over home, my home in a new city after my life needed a new beginning. I have truly loved living here and planned on being here a long time, if it wasn't for my job relocation, I would not be leaving. No place is perfect - but this was the best place for me. For one, the maintenance team really is all that. They never have turn over, are always friendly, and get things done quickly. You are going to have regular wear and tear in any apartment and they do a great job of tackling that in the best way they can. The amenities are nice but I feel like the smaller pool and lack of real grass make this less family friendly, unless you plan on staying inside. HUGE PLUS: a heated pool. They also have cooling towels in the gym and I've never seen an apartment that does that. Management does a great job on keeping the package room from overflowing and they empty our dumpsters often so it well kept. Something former management did not do. They also keep plug ins around the complex and host nice resident perks like a flower bouquet bar for valentine's day. If I have had an issue, they addressed it right away. I do feel like these apartments are reasonably priced and don't skyrocket every time you renew. I waited until my move-out to do a review so that I could be honest. My only downside has been my move out. The lease states 30 days notice, which they type in 60 days instead next to that. I was relocated per my job and notified the office on 2/17 in regard to a 4/1 move out date, which is how much notice my job provided for me. The lease states to notify them in writing but in reality the "in writing" must come from their own form, nothing you can send to them yourself. Since this was going to cost me two rents month to get out of, I was super upset, and the staff seemed like they actually cared that this was really upsetting to me. In most places they would not care. They did work with me on making this better and I am super grateful for that. I wish that I would have spoken to them in person sooner, but since I was moving out of state so quickly, working 70 hours between two jobs, then left town for an unexpected death in my family, I simply made the mistake of thinking my notice was given to them with what I sent to them on 2/17. I do still recommend to others. It really has been a great experience, but sometimes life just gets in the way of it all going smoothly. If you find that your job is steady then I say trust in signing your lease and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Very impressed with Muse. After half a dozen tours of apartments within a 1 mile radius, Muse was superior in cleanliness, updated/modern finishes, and all the extra finishes ~ beautiful courtyard, nice pool, secure parking (entry for vehicles and pedestrians) and hallway entries that felt more like hotel than a concrete, industrial entry. And, kudos to Matthew who was a fantastic tour guide and clearly knows the complex and local rental market!

Matthew was excellent! My wife and I came in to look at apartment options for our daughter. He met us at the front door and immediately began reviewing the available units with us. He gave us a tour of the various units and the amenities available to all residents. He answered all of our questions and even though he covered a considerable amount of information in a short span of time, we never felt rushed. He is a great resource. We are excited about our daughter’s future at Muse and are looking forward to working with Matthew and his staff. Kudos Matthew!

The Muse Apartments have been great so far! I have enjoyed the amenities as well as the kindness of the staff. They have let us entertained as well as bringing coffee and all sorts of food and attractions to the apartment for us. The apartments are clean and nice and moving in was not very difficult. Altogether a wonderful experience so far.
