Great experience here at Aviare so far! It's quiet, clean, and the staff are so helpful and attentive. (Want to give a special mention to Geoff and Bre!) Nice big in-unit washer and dryer too.

Geoff and Bri In the office were great at answering my question when I toured and made me feel right at home. I read the reviews about the ac systems and was very hesitant to move in. Derek and Daniel with the maintenance team took the time to answer all my questions and have been very fast in responding to any maintenance issue I have reported. The location is great for the downtown vibe. Gene is always friendly and kind when I am walking my dog or when we are in the dog park. The pool always looks nice and inviting. The fire pit has a nice sitting area that I look forward to using in the cooler months ahead. I have definitely enjoyed the grilling area this summer, its close to the main pool area for those relaxing weekends. I am very happy with my choice to live here the staff is great and the neighbors I have met are very friendly and quite. Aviare is definitely a small community in its self and I am happy to call it home

Decent apartments. If you’re okay with the elevators never working nor the keypads. Maintenance is slow to respond to most everything-good luck! Cute apartment tho

I had the best experience touring with Geoff! He was very knowledgable and answered every question I had. He also let me tour every unit I was curious about, and even showed me a few extras in my budget that I didn’t even know about! The Aviare are first class apartments with a secure and friendly environment.

We love working with the team at Avaire Arts District Apartments! Everyone is so easy to work with — professional, kind, and always on top of things. The property is gorgeous and it’s clear they really care about their residents and their community. It’s always a great experience partnering with them! The property Manager, Bre goes above and beyond for her team and for her residents. You can tell the love she has for the community!
