Living here at Waterford has been nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately my work is shipping us across the state other wise I’d more than happily renew. Maintenance staff is prompt and reliable. Amenities are perfect, there is truly nothing to complain about.

I toured here a while back in August and had a great experience. I Didn’t end up moving to Cleveland,Ohio but the office staff is amazing and so kind and helpful during the touring process. Thanks again. -Haley Smithlone

Waterford Bluffs is an awesome property. The Village Green staff @ Waterford is the best in the business. I’d recommend scheduling a tour and applying asap.

I'd like to give a special shout out to Rylee and Ernesto. Rylee was very responsive, friendly, and helpful when I first called to ask about a unit. I am trying to view apartments from out of state, and she was accommodating and quick to book a virtual tour with Ernesto the very next day. I really appreciated the tour with Ernesto, he went above and beyond, taking the time to show me all the building amenities, features, and details within the apartment units. I had about a hundred questions as I want to feel confident before applying, and he was very friendly and patient with each question. I also greatly appreciate the transparency of the entire process. It really feels like the staff cares about your well-being and wants you to be happy living there.

Extremely good service. Friendly house managers, including Sydney, Justin, Rylee, Ernesto and everyone else. A few months ago when I wanted to move in Sydney made sure the entire process was smooth, and after I moved in and whenever had any issues or questions with the apartment Justin and Ernesto provided great service with that. Things like service requests, issues with amazon packages, etc. all my problems were resolved within a day. I was struggling to find someone to takeover my lease so Rylee and Justin literally went out of their way to find someone who took-over my lease. This is something that isn’t really in their job description but they still helped me. This is the kind of service I did not get in my previous apartment and as a matter of fact this is something you don’t really get that often anymore in Cleveland these days. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested.
